The Loud House belongs to Chris Savino.

Lincoln and Lola walked down the schools corridors. Lincoln opened his mouth to speak but all that came out was a fit of dry coughs. Lola put her hand on his shoulder. "Don't strain yourself Linky, Lisa said it'll be tomorrow at the earliest you'll be able to talk." She said

Lincoln stopped coughing and smiled at his little sister. Lola smiled back. They continued to walk down the corridor until they heard someone laughing. They looked over to their left. Chandler and his two goons surrounding Christina, who looked frightened. As Lincoln and Lola walked up to them.

"What's going on here?" Lola asked. They all turned and faced her.

"What's it to you, your off duty." Chandler seared.

"I'm still a hall monitor." Lola snapped back.

Chandler sighed. Larry couldn't you have brought one of your sisters who isn't a brat?"

'Strike one.' Lincoln thought.

"Brat!? I may have my moments, but it's not when I'm doing my job!" Lola roared. Lincoln placed a and in front of her. Lola took some deep breaths and calmed down. "I still want a answer." Lola spoke coldly.

"If you must know, Christina is a carpet muncher." Chandler answered. Lola looked confused, Christina was holding herself and shacking, and Lincoln glared at Chandler.

'Strike two.' Lincoln thought.

Chandler noticed Lincoln's glare. "Hey, don't look at me, it's true. Here. Chandler lightly threw a hart shaped locket that had a snapped chain on it at Lincoln. Lincoln caught the locket and opened it and saw a picture of Christina in one side and another girl in the next one. "Why are you so quiet Larry?" Chandler asked.

"First, his names Lincoln not Larry, Lincoln. Second he's not speaking because he strained his voice. And third, what's a carpet muncher?" Lola spoke up.

Chandler sighed. "Carpet muncher is a insult for girls who like other girls." He answered.

Lola looked up to Lincoln. "Doesn't Luna like boys and girls?" She asked him and Lincoln nodded.

Chandler and his goons burst out laughing. "Your sister's one of those freaks!?" He exclaimed.

'Strike three.' Lincoln thought. He closed the locket in his hand, and clenched his fists.

Chandler didn't notice Lincoln clenched fist with locket in it until it was to late. Lincoln punched him in the eye, causing to almost fall on Christina, but Lincoln caught him buy his shirt, and flung him to the side. Chandlers goons tried to punch him, but Lincoln deflected them, and then hit both of their noses with the bottom of his palms. They both held their noses and ran off with Chandler close behind.

Lincoln walked over to Christina. She was now curled up into a ball, and was shaking and crying. Lincoln lowered his empty hand to her. Christina slowly looked up at Lincoln and Lola. "Lincoln never hated you for rejecting him." Lola spoke up. "He just wishes you weren't so dramatic." Lincoln nods in agreement.

Christina slowly accepted Lincoln help as she shackly grabbed just above his wrist. Lincoln hoisted her up, and turned her hand over, before placing her locket in her hand. Lincoln let go of her arm. Christina brought the locket close to her hart, covered by both her hands as she looked in the direction Chandler and his goon ran as she continued to cry a little.

Lola offered her a pink hanky which caught her attention. "Don't worry about them." Lola spoke. Lincoln punched his open palm gaining both the girls attention. Lincoln tilted his head in the direction Chandler and his goons ran in, while punching his palm again. "Linky says he'll keep them off your back."

Cristina finished wiping her face with the hanky and smiled. She pulled the Loud sibling into a hug that they both quickly accepted it.
