A Memory to Be Found

Lily felt as if she was all alone though she was in a common room full of people she should know. She couldn't recognize a single person in the room that was supposedly the Gryffindor common room. Lily felt that she should but every thing before that night was hazy. All she herself could remember before visiting Dumbledore was waking up in the Hospital wing. The only way she actually found out about what happened was by looking in a pensive using a boy named Severus Snape's memory…

Memory

"Lily please listen to me!" Severus cried as he tried to walk faster to catch up to Lily as she walked speedily through the corridor. He was almost there so he tried grabbing her arm.

"No Severus!" Lily said shakily as she shook off his arm. Tears were crashing down her face as she walked on.

"It's not my fault Lily it didn't have anything to do with me I promise!" Severus said loudly almost at a dead run to catch up with Lily.

"I know it's not your fault Severus but it's the people you hang out with… they changed you," as she said this Lily stopped and went over and sat on a bench.

"No Lily I'm still the same person I swear I would never change," he cried trying to convince him self it wasn't a lost cause.

"Ever since you called me a mudblood you knew things would never be the same. I know you knew that now I have to go know o.k.! Head duties you know." Lily said as she stood up once again as she walked closer to one of the stair cases.

"Lily," he groaned, "please! I need you!" Severus said as he tried to catch up to her.

She turned her head slightly as she walked neared to the staircase and the one thing she didn't notice is that it started moving, "Severus just leave me and my friends alone or I will punish you. Got it?" as she said that last word she slipped and fell in the empty space where the stairs should have been.

Severus watched her as she fell in utter shock. Though once regaining shock he ran forward and cried, "LILY!" though it was to late and she fallen to far down already and was sprawled along the ground.

Severus gasped as he ran to get Madam Pomfrey or any other professor he could find…

Memory End

This boy Snape had already come up and apologized but there was nothing it seemed she could do since it seemed that she hated him now. Her next task it seemed was to catch up on all of her school work that she had forgotten. Professor McGonagall had already set her up with tutors in all of her classes. Then she needed to find out more about her friends that she had though there was definitely no need to get knew ones because if she liked them in a past life she should like them still right?

Now there was definitely another business to attend to. At the Hospital Wing this very cute boy came in and informed me that his name was James Potter and that before I lost my memory I had hated him but wondered if he could make up for it by taking me out to Hogsmead. I definitely had to figure out why I hated him then of course ignore it then tell him yes!

"Lily," my friend Alice said. "you kind of blanked out on us there, are you alright?"

"Oh yes," I assured her I had better things to do then wonder if I was alright, "I wondering if you could tell me about a boy of the name James potter…"
