A/N: Written for the Yuki Yuna is a Bingo (Flash), #157 - store.

Thinking of a Job

Maybe they shouldn't laugh, but the idea of Yuuna working in a sweets shop without eating its merchandise is simply too amusing - and impossible.

'You'll probably eat the sweets before you sell them,' said Karin, the first to catch her breath. But Yuuna's indignant glare, still too cute to be lethal and further punctured by her own laughter, had her laughing again anyway.

'Okay, okay,' Yuuna cried, once the peals of laughter had tapered off. 'Maybe not a sweets shop.'

'No food of any kind,' Fu recommended. 'Why don't you babysit?'

'She's too kind for that.' Karin rolled her eyes.

Mimori nodded. 'Though she would be good at community centres, or nursing homes...'

'But those are volunteer,' Yuuna countered. 'I need a paying job.'

'Tutoring?'

'Grades aren't that great.'

'Hey!'

'At a dojo?'

'Can she even do martial arts?'

'She can learn,' Itsuki interrupted, before Karin could come up with a reply. 'It won't be too difficult after what we've done.'

'It isn't,' Karin admitted. 'Okay, I'll give you a crash course, and then you can go and apply at the nearest dojo.'

'I'm not sure if that's the kind of job I want,' said Yuuna sheepishly. 'I was looking at a simple salesgirl -'

'Boutique!' Fu squealled, clasping her hands together. 'You can show everyone all the cute designs.'

But somehow, that didn't sound like Yuuna. And nor did any other suggestion that came up that evening.
