Dan Howell is weird. At least, that's what we all think. He was one of the more… submissively quiet people in school. He never spoke unless spoken to, He never started trouble, He never really did or would do anything to harm someone. Yet, he a lot negative attention drawn to him.
All of my friends, and even some of the teachers would bully him. No matter how many times we'd physically or mentally bring him down, he'd get back up.
Well, I didn't because I may or may not fancy him just a little. It isn't my fault though!
Moving On;
I never really hung out with Dan, or talked to him for that matter, but I'd seen him around school a lot. We have every other class together, usually he'd be the first one there, sitting at back of the room, and the first one to leave. At lunch, I would see him at an empty table with two other boys. He'd be laughing and smiling and the happiest that I'd ever seen him.
But there was something off, something very off about him as he walked into the 1st period class. As soon as the classroom slammed shut, we all went silent.
I looked at him, studing his features as he remained silent, quickly scanning the classroom for an empty only to find the one next to me.
The silence was deafening as he walked, almost zombie-like to the seat next to mine. But I couldn't help but notice the slight limp in his walk as he made his way to the chair. He let out a small sigh of discomfort as he sat down. As soon as he sat down, our teacher started to talk, but I couldn't help but stare at him. His eyes and head were cast down, looking at his feet. His bottom lip was placed in between his teeth.
Screw Dan Howell. With his stupid beautiful face and his perfect self. I wanted to hate him, but I couldn't help but like him (a lot). But I couldn't help but shake the feeling that something was wrong.
