"Hello Sabrina," said Lucian to the psychic trainer. Both were sitting at the food stand, Sabrina with a slice of cheese pizza on her plate. Lucian holding a glass of sparkling wine in his hand. "Having fun at the christmas party?"
It was the annual Christmas party for the elite four and gym leaders. Volkner had came with Jasmine from the Olivine gym, Lucian brought Cynthia, and several other's brought dates. Other's like her and Candice of the Snowpoint gym didn't bother with dates. Well Candice was sending dirty looks to Volkner's new girlfriend though.
"Yea it's pretty fun," she said looking over at the door. She took a sip of her drink and crossed her arms in front of her. Instead of her normal button down red jacket and red pants she changed into a cheery holly green color blouse and flowing floor lengh skirt. A scarlet red hair band decorted her own waist lengh dark green hair. Everybody had changed there usual clothes for the party. Lucian for example was in a red sweater vest and dark blue jeans.
"Two please," said Lucian to the waiter that came up next to him. He looked at Sabrina apologitically, "I promised I would get Cynthia a drink. She's going to introduce me to her grandmother. Do you have a date?"
Surprised by this she still answered unfazed. "No I didn't really get asked by anybody." Lucian only looked at her and smiled a wide grin, like he just opened his present and it was a book.
"Well I have a brother that hasn't asked anybody recently. Perhaps you two would like to dance? The DJ is going to turn on some slow songs," said Lucian. He waved his hand over to somebody at the far right wall. Sabrina was a little shocked with Lucian's forwardness tonight. It was the christmas spirit she guessed.
A man about her age, which was 20, or maybe a year older. He wore a dark green mask with a red pant suit combination. His purple hair was swept up away from his face in his maroon colored hat. There was something about him that she liked though.
"Will you know Sabrina right?" asked Lucian to his brother.
"Yes you have psychic powers like our family," he said to her. She smiled thinly, she didn't think anybody even knew. Lucian already left to his date and Cynthia kissed him on the lips. Then Will smiled at her and pulled her onto the dancing floor.
