Once upon a time, there was a region that was blessed by endless beauty and riches. In fact the region was so rich in nature as well as resources that the region itself controlled most of the world's medicine. Not only that, the way that the people lived and their society was so advanced that it was ten years ahead of technology. They even had plenty of Pokémon that lived within the region as well. However, not everything about the great region was perfect. The citizens of the region treated people who lived from outside the region horribly. In reality, the people there were arrogant and thought that they were better than everyone who did not live within their region.

The Pokémon themselves did not like this behavior thinking that it could not go on any longer. One fateful day and old woman washed up on shore looking for a bit of hospitality with nothing but a single rose as a form of payment. The old woman was cold and hungry but every time she asked someone for help, she was rejected. Eventually she ended up in the capital but was too rejected by the royal family. Out of anger, the old woman revealed herself to be the Dynasty region's legendary Pokémon: Xio Len the wish granting Kirin Pokemon who was said reward those who are kind but if a person was to enrage it, than that person would be cursed for a certain amount of time and will see the Pokémon's flames of rage. The Pokémon did indeed curse the entire land turning the citizens into monsters while the Pokémon were turned into objects and anyone who knew about the region simply forgot due to the spell so the region was now completely isolated from the world hurting their economy drastically in the process as a result.

However, hope was not all lost because the legendary Pokémon has given the royal family the very rose that they rejected and the only way to break the curse is to earn the love from a person who lived outside the region before the last petal falls. Not only that but the Pokémon even prophesized that a child would come to the land and become their champion. He would also be next in line for the throne. The King and Queen were unsure how they felt about it because they had always wanted a kid but the only downside was that he was going to be an outsider. Aside from that, there was one question that the people of the Dynasty region had and it was this: Who in their right mind would like to hang out at a poor region filled with monsters?

Many years later...

Our hero Ash Ketchum along with his pal Pikachu, has just got back from his journey from his adventure in the Kalos region after a major defeat from his rival. He made second but was content that he made it this far which was one step closer to his dream. As he heading home he has noticed a strange Pokémon that he has never seen before so he decided to look it up in his Pokédex and to his dismay there was no information on the creature whatsoever. He still wanted to meet the new Pokémon so Ash being Ash decided to head towards the creature treading lightly so he would not spook it.

"Hey, I am not going to hurt you. Want to play?" Ash offered as the legendary looked at the trainer curiously. Deciding that Ash was not a threat, it went towards Ash as he prepared some food for the Mon even though that he did not know what type the creature was. Although he did note the fact that it had a blue and pink fur while its' beard looked as though you were staring at the galaxy. Not only that but it was also a strange mix between a unicorn, giraff, maybe a deer (because it had a horn), and a small resemblance of of a turtle beacause it had a shell on its' back.

"You may look a bit scary, but I think that you are actually a big softie. I like meeting Pokémon like you and one day I will become a Pokémon Master." Ash said proudly amusing the legendary but when he saw the Pikachu on the trainer's shoulder it gave the mouse a hard glare due to being able to read the electric type's mind causing said creature to drain all of the color out of it. Unknown to Pikachu however, it did not know that the legendary knew what the mouse really thought his trainer and to say that the legendary was angry at it was an understatement. Pikachu then shrugged it off after a game off tag but the game was interrupted by the sound of Ash's stomach causing the mouse to sweatdrop.

"Sorry buddy, I wish that we can play some more but it's getting late and I don't want my mom to be worried." Ash said petting his new friend before leaving. Once home, he and Pikachu decided to have a race only to have the mouse use Quick Attack to win.

"Hey, that's cheating!" Ash laughed.

"Pika!" Pikachu replied. As they went inside, the trainer started drooling instinctively due to the smell of his mother's cooking and it was at that moment when the trainer received a bone crushing hug from said mother.

"Can't...breathe...need...air." Ash finally breaking away from the hug only to have his mother say,"It's nice to see you again honey. How was your journey? Did you when and did you remember to change your you know what?"

"Mom!"Ash yelled due to embarrassment.

"Anyway, your friends and Professor Oak are here and it looks like they all want to talk to you about something..."

"Ok." Said the trainer even though he was slightly confused. That was until he saw all of his traveling companions from all six regions as well as all of his rivals all looking angry for some reason.

"Hey guys what's up and it's not that I am not glad to see you or anything but why are you here?"

"There is something that we all need to tell you." Said Professor Oak unsure if he really wanted to do what they are about to do to Ash confusing the trainer in the process.

"Shut it old man!" Said Misty. "We all came here for one reason and it was to tell him that he sucks as a trainer!"

"That's actually pretty funny what you told me, it sounds like you are trying to tell me that I am a bad trainer."

"Because you ARE a bad trainer! Geez, you are such a kid. I mean seriously, you lost six leagues in a row. How dumb can you be?" Said Iris.

"I agree with Iris. I mean both Dawn and I had a crush on you and you never noticed. I loved you but not anymore now that I know that you are a weak trainer and I do not like weaklings which is why I am dating Paul now." This broke Ash's heart when Serena said that because he actually did like her but was afraid to tell her.

"You know, I used to look up to you but now I look up to Paul and trip because I think that they are better than you and they even agreed to teach me." Said Max only to surprise Ash further when Pikachu left Ash's shoulder and went to Max's shoulder instead. Not only that but the Pokémon that Ash recently caught left their Pokéballs and broke them right infront of the trainer's eyes.

"See, even your Pokémon think that you are weak." Trip taunted.

"Ash, sweaty I know that this is hard for but please try to understand that as your mother I am only trying to do what is best for you. Please try to understand that I would like you to focus on something that you are actually good at."

"I can't beleive this, I thought that mothers were supposed to support heir children's dreams but I don't want to give up on becoming a Pokémon Master and I will never give up on my dream." Ash said as tears threatened to fall.

"I figured that you would say something like that. In fact, I talked to the league about the situation and they ageeed that you are not fit to handle any sort of Pokémon which is why I will be revoking your trainer's ID." The professor said sadly taking the Pokédex from Ash as he stared at the scene in shock so not wanting anyone to see him cry he decided to head outside.

"Maybe we should give him a minute. He'll come around." Said May sadly. Little did they know that it would be a long time until they see Ash again.
