Summary: One Shot. Drabblish. Raphael finds a creepy crawly surprise in his bed after a night of vigilante work with Casey.
Note: I'm going with the idea that Raph has a bed instead of a super uncomfortable hammock.
bugged
It was huge, at least two inches in length, with long brown spidery legs coiled around it. It was a vinegaroon, it was the most horrific bug he'd ever seen, and it was sitting on his bed.
Right. In. The. Middle. Of. His. Bed.
He pulled a sai from his belt, pointing it towards the thing that had invaded his room and poked in its direction tentatively.
It twitched. He flinched.
For several minutes he stood there, barely breathing, watching it for the slightest movement. It was still, but that didn't mean it wouldn't move as soon as he looked away. If he lost sight of it, it could end up anywhere…
He looked at the shortness of his sai then tucked it back into his belt. He needed something longer, like a stick or something. Don's bo was looking really good right then, and he would have grabbed it in a heartbeat if Don (with bo) wasn't currently spending the night at April's place with Michelangelo and Master Splinter… Heck, even a nunchaku was looking pretty good right now, just a wack and-
It twitched. He flinched. Again.
Somehow he had backed up all the way to his doorway without even noticing, his eyes still fixed on the horror within. He could hear the echoes of Leo working out downstairs in the Dojo.
Leo! Leo wasn't afraid of bugs. He could ask Leo for help… But the thought of having to ask his big brother to rescue him from an insect made his stomach twist within him. He couldn't do it. He couldn't ask for help. He, couldn't let Leo- ohgodITwasmoving!
"LEO!"
