Me: This one came to me in the middle of the night
Iggy: Inspiration hits at random times
Me: I couldn't sleep so was listening to my Taylor Swift album, and randomly started making up lyrics to her songs.
Iggy: If someone starts giggling a lot in the middle of the night, Ignore them
Me: I wasn't giggling that much
Iggy: You were

"Iggy, we're all going out flying" Nudge said, wrapping her arms around my waist. "You coming?"
"Sure thing babe." I said, kissing her. She took my hand and started to lead me down the hall. As we passed by Ella's door, I heard crying from behind the door.
"You go ahead. I'll catch up" I said, stopping. Nudge gave me a puzzled look.
"Ok" she said , giving me a quick kiss. "Be quick"
Once she was gone down the stairs, I went to open Ella's door, but stopped when I heard the sound of a guitar.
And then Ella began to sing.

I froze. Was Ella singing about...me?

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, Ella loved me? And was jealous of Nudge. I didn't know what to do. I just stood frozen.

I remember back to when I passed her in the hall earlier. She didn't warn me about the open door and I had walked straight into it. It hurt
I watch Nudge hug you tight

Nudge had yelled at her for not warning me about the door. I remember her bursting into tears and slamming her bedroom door.
Nudge was a little harsh. It wasn't really THAT sore.

I pull your pictures down and maybe this time I won't cry.
I remember finding pictures with me in them on Ella's bedroom floor the other day, when we came back from flying. I guess I understand why that was. She had a montague of pictures. All the pictures of me had somehow made their way onto her floor that day.

Iggy looks at me.
I really wish that he could see.
I stood, still frozen, one hand still on her door handle. I didn't realise thats how she felt.
"Wow" I said softly. a bit too loud though.
"Iggy!" She had pulled her door open.
"Ella"
"Please tell me you didn't....oh god you did!"
Before I could answer, the door was slammed in my face.
And to be honest, I still stood there frozen.
Me: Yeah, I was half-asleep when I wrote this, so don't blame me if you don't like it. Blame Iggy
Iggy: I didn't do anything!!
