I don't own DragonBallZ.
Sum: Strange. When Vegeta found that he was in love with Bulma, or lusted for her... he was fine with that... Oneshot
Strange
He watched her. As she cooked, cleaned, argued constantly with that idiot Yamcha. She was a facinating kind of woman. An independant one. Fearless. He respected that.
The prince thought of her. As he trained and homed his powers to catch up to his lower, Goku. Vegeta thought of how she moved to place her hands on her hips and yell at him when he blew up the training room, how her tongue stuck out a little as she worked on a new invention. And that one time... How much of a dying kind of angel she looked as she slept, watching over him.
If Vegeta liked finding people who didn't cower at him, that treated him like an equal, the arrogant prince would have laughed in your face. Truthfully though, even with his despise, he respected these strange "humans" and their entertaining way. Even the Namek was fearless of Vegeta. As he learned, it was because that independancy was part of their government. Confusing him, since he was so used to either being ruled, or ruling over others.
Being civil, though, was never in Vegeta's point of view. Which is probably why he and that "wretched human girl" of a genius fought and yelled until she was close to his heart...
Strange. When Vegeta found that he was in love with Bulma, or lusted for her... He was fine with that.
But she was the one to make the first move.
That. He would fix.
Maybe this behavior wasn't so strange...
Review please.
Sorry, but it's short and sweet.
