Hermione smirked triumphantly as her white queen check mated and then promptly destroyed the opposing teams' king. She glanced at her opponent smugly, Draco growled viciously and reparo-ed the pieces.
"I demand a re-match Granger!" he said defiantly. There was no way he, Draco Malfoy, heir to the Malfoy fortune would ever lose to a mere muggle-born witch. Not even if she was smarter than him (not that he'd ever admit it aloud), or even if that muggle-born witch was his girlfriend.
"Oh, you sure? I mean, you've already lost so many times today, are you sure your ego could take another blow?" she replied haughtily.
"Just set up the damn board," he scowled leaning into the palm of his hand, as a red tinge slowly found its way crawling up his neck.
'How on earth does someone lose a game of chess 7 times in a row? Seven! S-E-V-E-N!'
"It's your call Draco," she smirked, "What about I let you be white, seeing as you'll probably lose the coin toss again anyway."
Draco mumbled something inaudibly as he violently pushed the pawn out. Within a few minutes into the game, Hermione already had the upper hand and was practically glowing with glee.
"Just you wait Granger, the tables will soon turn, I will win,"
"I'm sorry Malfoy, what was that? I couldn't hear you over all the winning," Hermione gloated. He growled something that sounded a lot like 'that cocky bitch'.
Hermione sighed.
"Fine, If, you want we can stop playing this and play another game,"
"No fucking way, I'm gonna beat you soon," he glowered.
"You sure, I have a new game in my room we haven't tried before," she said grinning cheekily. Draco raised an eyebrow and a smirked adorned his handsome face.
'I think I would very much like to play this game,'
-The next morning-
Hermione sat next to Ginny at the Gryffindor table whispering feverously into the younger girl's ear.
"Ginny! Last night Draco and I finally did it!" the brunette exclaimed.
'Oh this is going to be good,"
"We went up to my room-"
'It's gonna like free porn,'
"-closed the blinds-"
'Sex for the ears,'
"-shut the door-"
'And hey, I could even get tips!'
"-dimmed the lights and-"
'AND?! AND!?'
"-played Scrabble!"
'Oh that poor boy.'
