Barney Stinson wrapped his arm around his wife-to-be-in-less-than-a-day's stomach, smiling at how peaceful she looked. He figured he better wake her up, seeing as she had to leave for two of their best friends, Lily Aldrin and Marshall Eriksen's in an hour.

She was sleeping there for the night because Lily had pretty much forced her to stay away from Barney until the wedding. Bad luck, or something. Robin Scherbatsky didn't want to go, she didn't believe in bad luck.

"Robin, baby. Wake up." He whispered softly, shaking her awake.

Her eyes fluttered open and she instantly smiled at his blonde hair, ruffled from his sleep.

"Morning, Wuv-Wuv." He glared at her, letting a laugh escape from his lips.

"Morning, Sparkles." He replied, pushing her playfully.

"Touche." She mumbled, turning on her side to face Barney.

She placed a hand on his chest, sighing. He noticed and lifted a strand of hair off of her face, staring into her eyes.

"What's wrong?" He asked, leaning over to kiss her.

"Listen, Barney. The wedding is tomorrow, and you need to know this. I mean...I know I should've told you ages ago, years ago...two years ago. Its something you need to know if you're going to enter a marriage with somebody." She started, worrying Barney.

"What's wrong, baby?"

"I can't have kids." She whispered, avoiding all eye contact.

He seemed to have misunderstood her statement, because he pulled her closer and said, "Its okay, Scherbatsky. If you don't feel like you can have them, its alright."

"No, Barney! I physically cannot have a child. My womb cannot carry one. I cannot bare a child, Barney!" He pulled her closer to his chest and whispered, "It'll be okay," into her hair over and over again.

"But, will it? I mean, you want kids, Barn. I can't take that opportunity away from you." She sobbed into his chest while he rocked her back and forth.

"Hey, hey, come on, now. You're being ridiculous, Robin. You're all I need, okay? I mean, I won't pretend like I haven't thought about having kids one day, but I can easily live without them. I have you, I mean...I'm getting married to my dream girl in, lets see..." He looked down at his watch and said, "nineteen or so hours. I'm going to be just fine."

"I love you so fucking much, Stinson." She mumbled into his chest after she'd calmed down.

"I love you too, Scherbatsky."
