Ice blue argentum igne Dragon
Lucius and his Father stood side by side at the castle balcony, the child peering inquisitively down below and the man stifling a yawn as his gaze drifted drearily across the horizon. Beneath them a momentous fight took place, the land itself trembling from the sheer impact of the blood-curdling battle. The air was still, almost as if the realm was holding its breath in anticipation of the fight.
"Father" whispered the boy, his voice meek.
"Yes, Lucius?" his father's eyes were distant with his building boredom.
Lucius sighed, no matter how much blood was shed his Father's interest was never won. He was a hard to please King, leader of an entire realm. The Celestial realm of Dragons. The odd name resembled the odd happenings of the land, it was here that dragons lived along side magical folks of the council, a dangerous mix.
The realm consisted of six elements: Water,Earth,Fire,Air,Light and Darkness. Each Dragon was born into one of these elements, however Lucius was unfortunately a half breed. His father 's elements were Darkness and Wind, but his mother -who was human- was a water elementalist. This left Lucius as a strange hybrid, dangerous some would say, freak others would taunt.
"Did you not care that they are ruining your land Father?"Lucius murmured harshly.
"They are merely fighting Lucius,do not ever question a dragon's honour"His father stated coldly.
He nodded, his father could be dangerous if provoked. He was wise enough to not anger his father.
Experiences always taught him to be cautious, dragons were very cunning creatures.
Lucius sighed as looked across the horizon. Sounds of magic and growls echoed in the air. Something told him this fight would not end until twilight. He growled in annoyance as he dreamt to be in the arms of his mate, Narcissa.
********N's POV*************************
Narcissa Black was simply not having a good day.
"NARCISSA BLACK YOU WILL COME HERE AT THIS MOMENT"screeched Druella Black,as she emerged on balcony with tight-lipped face and bellowing black ropes. Shadows casted upon her pale, hawked face. Anger raged in her blue eyes, her slender body shook.
"Do you have an IDEA...how embarrassing it was that you turn down a marr-"
"But Mother, I don't love him" snapped Narcissa.
Druella spluttered, unable to voice a answer.
"B..B..but" shrieked Druella
Narcissa turned around to her Mother with angry scowl on elegant face. Eyes narrowed to slits with contempt. Her Mother stood there spluttering like dying fish, she stifled a giggle on how her cold, elegant Mother was shocked.
"But nothing,Mother"scolded Narcissa. Her Mother said nothing as she stormed out of the balcony.
Narcissa thought to herself on if Lucius was training and if he was finished. She smiled to herself with nostalgia. Narcissa whispered ' Come home Lucius'
