This IS a Happy Birthday
A/N: Tralalalalala~~~ Today is Zaizen's birthday ='' So I made a fanfiction. So… Happy Birthday, dear Zaizen!
P.S.: Zaizen's one of my few out of Rikkai favorite characters, so… even though Zaizen doesn't show up much, I guess it's a little fine with me, as long as there's picture of him on the internet.
P.S.S.: I am also sorry for a little out-of-character-ness. It's my first time writing a Shitenhouji fic.
Zaizen Hikaru walked in the grounds of Shitenhouji, cautious yet aloof. His face shows a calm, albeit, blank expression, but he was smiling, happy deep inside. And it's not because of world peace, not because of a very rare information, either. It's because today was his birthday, and so far, it was good. His stupid sempais haven't greeted him yet, and he wants it to stay that way.
His birthday last year was… disastrous. It involved of bunny suits, racing cars zooming in his face, and poisonous plants.
So, today, Zaizen walked to the tennis courts, quiet, aloof and most of all… unnoticeable. He sat on one of the benches and started to update his blog with his cellphone, but, not all peace remain peaceful…
"Zaizen!" Kenya's loud, deep voice rang across the courts. His captain, his gay sempais, and the loud rookie was there, too, behind him.
"…" Zaizen looked at him, and then pointedly ignore him as his eyes wandered back to his blog.
"ZAIZEEEN!" Kintaro yelled, waving his arms frantically. He looked a little like a monkey dancing. Zaizen took a photo of Kintaro looking like a monkey dancing, and went up to them.
"Even people from China would have heard the two of you with your loud voice." Zaizen immediately stated his voice almost sarcastic.
"EH? China is in Japan? When did the earth move?" Kintaro asked idiotically.
"Idiot, what do you learn from your geography class?" Kenya asked him with a slight weird look.
"Kintaro didn't learn something from his class, he's always sleeping." Zaizen bluntly informed.
"Oh, Zaizen-kun, so snarky~~~" Koharu immediately commented, partly covering his face like a girl in love.
"Are you cheating on me?" Yuuji said, glaring at Koharu.
"I'm not interested in being gays like you, sempaitachi." Zaizen staded, almost disgusted. Koharu took one look at his cold, steely eyes, and began to act like he was weeping.
As Yuuji started to rant on something, Shiraishi cut him off and said "It's Zaizen's birthday. Ecstacy~~~"
At Shiraishi's statement, the others immediately smirked, their eyes shadowed.
"Yeah, it is." Kenya agreed, as seconds later, he knocked Zaizen out.
Zaizen later woke up, in the empty clubroom 5 hours later. What he saw next was priceless… a candle-lit cake shaped in a tennis ball and six unopened presents.
He smiled as he devoured the cake, and saw a message plastered on the wall, scribbled untidily.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZAIZEN!"
