Some random suspense this way comes. Wish I was English, it would be easier to write these stories. Oh well here we go.

The group had just made it to the gorge. Lucy looked across to the ledge where she knew she saw Aslan.

"There, he was right there we have to get across.", Lucy pointed out.

"Lucy you're sure you saw him?", Peter questioned.

"Of course I'm sure!"

They all took a step forward and looked over the edge to find some way to get down the steep cliff side.

Suddenly there was a loud crackling and the ground gave way beneath them.

There were shouts of surprise as they fell over the cliff.

Susan had managed to grab hold of a tree root with one hand and Lucy with the other. They both quickly pulled themselves up and turned to look for their brothers.

Peter had landed on a ledge further down the cliff, managing to be unscathed.

"Peter are you alright", Susan called.

"I'm fine...where's Edmund?"

The group gave nervous glances at each other.

"Edmund!" They chorused together.

They heard a voice further down the cliff side.

"I'm down here."

They all looked down to see Edmund gripping tightly to some rocks on the cliff.

"Edmund are you alright?"

"Not really, could you hurry and help me, I think I'm slipping."

Peter was closest to him and tried to reach his arm but he was still to far away.

"Hold on I can't reach you."

Peter cautiously jumped to a small ledge and reached again towards Edmund.

He roughly grabbed his brother and began to pull upwards and lift him onto the ledge.

Edmund's face was scruntched in pain as he was pulled oto the ledge. After catching his breath Peter hugged his brother.

"Don't ever scare us like that again."

There was a hiss of pain and Peter pulled back, "Are you okay?"

"I think I dislocated me shoulder when I caught myself."

"Can you climb back up?"

"Ya, it's not that bad."

"Then lets go and meet the girls."

They proceded to carefully climb back to the top, it took a little longer because Edmund had trouble on some areas of the cliff. But they finally made it up.

They were both suddenly wrapped in their sisters arms.

"We were so worried, Ed are you okay?"

"I'm fine."

They smiled, "Okay...but lets find a different way down."
