A/N: This is the humor oneshot I promised. Enjoy. I have three new projects planned. Visit my livejournal for details. One of them is super top secret, and I can't wait to start writing it. I'm REALLY inspired!
Disclaimer: Zoey 101 and Scarlett Takes A Tumble isn't mine.
When Gravity Goes Bad
"What is she doing?"
"Apparently singing. No way! I know this girl!"
"You do?"
"Yeah, she's my brother's girlfriend sister's best friend's sister," Michael recalled. He laughed lightly, eyes focused on the screen. "Oh, Georgia. Good times."
Chase and Logan looked confusedly at their friend, while Michael shrugged lightly.
"It's Georgia. Everybody knows everybody as long as you live on the same block."
"Oh," Chase replied, paradoxical understanding and confusion crossed his face simultaneously.
"Okay, and she's still going," Logan said, with a roll of his eyes. "I'm a guy. I'm not supposed to care about shoes."
"But the one black sock, and white sock idea's pretty drippin'"
Logan sighed in quiet annoyance and watched Scarlet climb up on the table.
"Uh, the table's creaking. That's never good. Gravity will screw her over here…"
"If I ever climbed on my mom's coffee table, my mom would just barely deal with me, and then my grandma would finish the job and straight up kill me," Michael warned. "She always said: Those who don't hear, must feel."
"…Maybe in tiiimeee you could win me back…"
"That's not cute. Even I'm not stupid enough to break this handsome neck."
...
"And maybe, we can be…togetherrrr…"
"Wait, is she – OH SHIT!"
"Oh my GOD!"
"HAHAHAHAHA! Oh Lord! The girl said yes, but the table said no!" Michael joked. "That's taking drop it like hot to a whole another level right there...oh damn…"
"Rewind that!" Logan yelled through his laughter. "I need to see her fall again! What a retard! Oh, for the love of God, rewind that!"
"Dude, it's not funny," Chase replied, through his own bouts of laughter. He actually jumped when he saw the way she had fallen. "Oh, God. She's still on the floor! She should know gravity isn't your friend. Ha!"
(To be honest: the boys really didn't expect that ending – Chase had done a spit take of water to his left, Michael's infectious laughter had yet to cease and Logan had slipped out his seat while bursting into laughter right after Michael.
Six days of random, spontaneous laughter resulted from this.)
A/N: I was going to do the girls too, but I love these boys so much that they were goofy enough to react like this. Ha. I laughed for five whole days before it stopped. But the reactions bring it all back. For me, it really wasn't the fact that she fell, but it was THE WAY she fell. I actually jumped out of my seat, and when it took me seconds to register what was happening, I laughed so hard, I think I give myself internal bruising or something. Ha!
Review. And if you haven't seen the video: Scarlet takes a Tumble. YouTube it. And check out my livejournal. I have new projects for FF developing there.
Reviews would be nice to wake up to.
