Departing Memories
How could that bastard use Estelle's power, my Estelle, jeopardize the world, and then just die? No, I couldn't let him. Unlike Cumore or Ragou he didn't just hurt people, he hurt the most innocent, precious person to me. For this reason I need to find him and make him suffer for what he has done. I began to shake with rage as I sprinted into the crumbling, flying rubble.
I stopped in the middle of the chaos I heard armored footsteps behind me. As I turned, instead of seeing Alexie or Flynn, I saw a sea of red orange. Suddenly, I felt coldness touch my skin, and the middle of my body exploded in painful flames. I heard the dagger clattered to the ground, and saw it's holder. There was Sodia standing with hands over her mouth, and regret emitting from her violet eyes.
I couldn't do anything, not even attack her back. My energy was draining with each drop of blood that spilled over my hands from my stomach. Instead I lost my balance and felt myself fall back.
Freezing wind hit my face as a fell. My cobalt hair swirled around me as I fell, but all I see is Estelle. Her soft, pink hair and delicate lips smiling at me with all of her unscathed happiness. This is it for me, and that is how I will have to remember her. Religion is not my forte, but if there is a higher being out there I pray that you will watch over her for me.
With every foot* I fall I can almost feel my vision getting more blurry. Darkness is taking over. I close my eyes and breathed in the best I can and let it out. A peculiar relaxation takes over, and my thoughts have memories of her as I depart from this doomed world.
- I am not sure if you guys will think Yuri is out of character... I kind of realize he isn't one to lay down and die. I guess it's my fanfiction though! n_n
