3 RANDOM SHORT STORY
STORY 1
When Taric woke up (due to the warning sirens), he realized something. The ship was deserted. The escape pods were missing, and he was on crash course with Scodorra, the planet. Panic raced through him, how was a simple Space Nover cadet like himself supposed to survive this? He had just calmed himself when he heard a panicked scream. Taric ran toward the sound, and found the human cadet - Yuriah, in shock. "I've been left to die!" He moaned. "Get yourself together cadet." Taric yelled. Yuriah looked relieved to see another species on the ship, and the fear drained from his face. "We have to find a way to Stear the ship around the planet!" Taric said, above the sirens. According to Yuriah, the ships steering had been melted. The two of them would have to steer the ship manually. They split up, one to each wing and turned the ship around. It was only then that Taric got a message on his Communicator, explaining that the captain was sending help for the two remaining passengers.
STORY 2
Joshua Middleton sat crouched in an alley. It was midnight. Where is Keri - Josh questioned himself. Keri, Josh's newest case, was a ghost girl. She was supposed to meet Josh in the alley, at midnight. Together, they only had one minute to make it to the Middle Grounds, protected by the only time of night that death took a breather. So where was Keri? Josh checked his watch. She should be here! Suddenly, Josh heard a noise; it was Keri floating above the roof. Josh didn't have time to talk, so he blurted out - "Let's go!" The Middle Grounds were only a mile away, and midnight was the only time Keri could escape to the middle grounds without being carried into the after-life. Keri and Josh took off running, running as quickly as he could manage, they still would never make it. Running at twelve miles an hour, the clock moved to 12:01. Death roared through the city, making Keri and Josh speed up. The grounds were in sight, Keri lept over the border and fell, crying, with joy.
STORY 3
One day while Crystal was walking through the woods she came across a cave she had never seen before.
Entering the cave Crystal found that the cave looked just like her own Bedroom. Right in the middle of the cave was a wolf doing some reading on the bed.
Crystal was so surprised when the wolf looked up and offered her a glass of blackcurrant juice that she raced all the way home and hid behind the sink in her kitchen. Crystal didn't dare go back in to the woods again for over 2 weeks.
