Whenever I hold your hand, and we walk together side by side, I feel secure, yet aren't I suppose to be protecting you?

Whenever I'm around you, it's as if nothing else around us seems to exist, but us.

Whenever our lips connect, and your touch meets my skin, butterflies seem to appear out of nowhere, swirling around in the pit of my stomach.

Whenever you direct a smile towards me, that soft, kind, loving smile, my heart skips a beat, or maybe two.

Whenever we come across yet another mamodo, the inevitable, trepidation strikes my heart, and I pray and hope, that our time has not come for us to be separated.

Whenever I see you in pain, or hurt, it feels as if my heart has been split into halves, just seeing those purple eyes of yours reflecting an emotion such as that, brings me agony.

Whenever your asleep, and I'm still awake, unable to sleep, just watching you brings me a sense of tranquility, easily luring me into a slumber.

Whenever I'm troubled, worry evident and laced across my features, just one smile from you washes away all and any troubled thoughts I may have.

Whenever I'm hurt, the pain feeling almost unbearable, you're by my side at an instant, comforting me and reminding me that it is bearable.

Whenever we're apart, for however long or short it may be, all I can think about is you. And because I know for certain that it's the same for you, that you feel the same way wholeheartedly, I don't mind...
