A/N: These are just a series of short essays that I wrote in class. I thought I would use them for my own advantages in my fan-fiction. Each short essay will be about Rogue and one of my favorite men, Remy, Logan or John. So you'll just have to read and find out which one goes with which. Friend's idea actually, so here we go.
The Devils Fool:
I would have given you everything. My heart, my soul, and my very existence anything your heart desired if you just asked me. I am your Eve and you're the serpent offering me that delicious red apple. A promising jester I cannot willingly refuse.
You are a sin I am willing to take, dipped in the finest and purest of evil. A smirk is my warning as I take the offered hand. But I am already into deep to think other wise. Nothing can stop me as I follow you to the depths of hell, a path set centuries ago and only recently used.
Your red on black orbs is mesmerizing. Taking me in like a lost soul in the bowels of purgatory.
So here I sit you only inches from me. My greatest obsession only a breath away, as I lean ever closer to you awaiting your permission.
I am like an addict and you are my drug. And rehab is the furthest thing from my mind as our lips meet for only a hair's worth of a second.
But what type of such would ever fully release me from you? Would I allow it? Would I even consider wanting it?
No. Or course not. Who would willingly give you up? A fool of course, but am I not a fool in love with you?
