1. Fresh Meat
The hallway echoed with the sound of a badly percussionist as his bare feet hit the floor. He had always hated shoes. He felt much lighter and freer without them weighing his steps down. But it didn't matter now. These men, these…monsters would assign him a pair of standard, black boots, the kind that the prisoners on the side of the road wore as the cleaned up litter or whatever it was they were always doing. He supposed it was appropriate though, him being a prisoner too, now. The only difference from himself and the guys who worked on the roads, was that Naruto Uzumaki would probably never see the sun again.
The burly man who held Naruto by the shoulder as he was led about a whitewashed maze of prison cell and cinder blocks suddenly took a sharp right and down a short flight of stairs, causing poor Naruto to fall flat on his face. In any other situation his animal-like(laugh) instincts would have allowed him to throw his arms out in front of him, preventing any bodily injury, but alas, his arms were bound behind his back and Naruto Uzumaki suffered a shallow slice across his cheek and a bloody nose.
He wanted to cry out at the sudden pain, but had the brains to keep his mouth shut in the presence of that hulking warden, who glared down at him with beady black eyes. Heaving a sigh, Naruto lifted himself up, wiped his nose, and continued on through the prison that was this "reform" center.

know I'm supposed to be working on "One of Us" but I had this
idea first.
Will be OOC and sasunaru, also, I wanted to say that
everyone of my stories will at least have one of my own original
characters (main characters) and this one will have two…maybe a
little InuYasha in there too. XD
