Cold

This has to be the shortest story/oneshot I've ever written! And I simply wrote it because I woke up cold last night...

He woke up cold, his chest freezing. He moved his hands over his toned chest feeling for the warm naked body that was supposed to be beside him. He turned looked at the ceiling, contemplating whether or not to search out the body. It would be just as easy to pull the covers closer and hope he gets warmer. The body could have left the bed; she could be gone for the rest of the night for all he knew. After minutes of consideration, he decided it would be best to see if the body was still in the bed. He turned on his side slowly, coldness shooting over his side. His sleep filled eyes scanned the bed, finally resting on her. She hadn't left the bed, but simply rolled over in her sleep. Nikola shifted towards Helen, burying his face in her hair, moving closer to her until his chest touched her back. He snuggled closer still, until every inch of skin was touching. Nikola sighed, Helen's body already warming his up.
