It was a hot day like always when suddenly the castle shook violently I run up to the wall to see what's going on and suddenly an arrow flys into my arm I growl and snapped it I see a woman in armor as black as knight (see what I did there) anyway I also see a lawbringer and he yelled"daubeny"I rolled my eyes remembering my warlord he yelled at me "you get rid of those archers they've invaded the castle"I said sarcastically "yes mom"he glared at me under his helmet I still followed orders and killed the archers that's when the gate breaks down and the lawbringer walked in and said"baubeny face me no one has to die" he replied"fight you Holden that's not a duel that's an execution"I growled and said"I'll fight you because someone is to much of a fucking pussy apparently"he said"language "I said"whatever mother"he glared again I said"fuck off or shut up"he stayed silent but growled at me I got into a fighting stance and the shadows started picking up he slashed at me with a top heavy which I effortlessly parried and the hit him in the face with the hilt of my sword then grabbed him throwing him to the floor I balanced the tip at his throat and asked"do you yield?"he said"never"I smiled sadistic at him and brought my foot down but he narrowly dodged out of the way he then grabbed his halberd and disarmed me then top heavied again I just dodged narrowly but it clipped my helmet breaking it with the force everyone saw my pitch black hair covering my eyes holden did an unblockable top heavy I caught it with my hand to everyone's astonishment I then bent it ripped it right out of his hands and snapped it over my knee I then punchhim in the face and in a flash of ghostly green I'm there with a magic bow in his face he said "finish it"I said "no that be too quick and painless, I'm going to make you suffer"everyone was surprised by my sudden cruelty but cross took advantage and knocked me off my feet and held my sword at my throat while I got to one knee and said"finish it...please"he looked confused but said"no you fight well and for that I offer you a spot in the Blackstone Legion I said"I accept"he was about to knight me when the woman said"allow me"he nodded and she said"I Apollyon gratefully accept this exceptional warrior into the legion"I am thus knighted and she said"arise my warden"I do so and she smiled under her helm I then look at Holden and said"honestly that was pretty dirty fighting"he said"yeah like you can talk you caught my halberd with your hand,with your hand"I said"oh that that was nothing I've held up one of these walls for hours before I then stop and Apollyon said"what's wrong "I said "nothing but before we go I want to do something"and just like that I stalked up to daubeny and punched him so hard you can hear a satisfying crack I then said to the legion who looked slack jawed "I've been waiting to do that for a while now" I then walked and Apollyon whispered"your proving yourself already my wolf"I smirked and thought you have no idea do you I continued walking

A week later we make it back to the legions castle

I said"to Apollyon remind me to never try to take on a yeti again i mean sure I threw off a cliff but eh"she chuckled I thought damn her chuckles pretty cute I then reprimanded my self hey jay how about not falling for your leader hmm just a suggestion I shook my head and she looked at me I shrugged she just ignored me and went on she then said"yes jay I have a mission for you "then"you will be taking a Viking village with a powerful Viking raider"I nodded and asked"what makes this Viking so powerful?"she answered with"yhorm the slayer"I raised an eyebrow under my helmet and said"well I guess we know what makes him so special"she laughed and said"yeah I guess you do but anyway go"I nod and go

A few days later

We are at the village I yelled "primo Victoria"while raising my sword to the air and the soldiers charged

Mercy's POV

I see jay or the warden yell primo Victoria I wonder that phrase hasn't been spoken since...no it couldn't be although it would make sense hmm it does match the armor and weapon oh my god jay is the gravewalker I sneak into the village to get a better look and I see jay cutting threw Vikings like butter

Jays pov

I cut down a berserker then out of nowhere"you stop fight me honorably"I said"I oblige"I then hit him with a side light then a top heavy almost killing him I then I grabbed him and threw him into a wall I got a free top heavy and killed him I then decapitate him in a single elegant stroke the Vikings then cower in fear and run I noticed mercy and said"you can come out now mercy"she does so and asked"how did you know I was there"I said"you made noise and on the way in you snapped a twig so yeah"she said"I was like 50 feet away how did you hear that"I shrugged she looked perplexed but walked away when my wounds got the better of me and I fell to my knees when I heard the crunch of sand under metal and a voice said"who are you and what are you doing here"I look up and see a knight with pure gold armor he said"answer me"I said "answer"she glared and said"I said answer me "I then said "I did I just didn't give you the answer you wanted"he glared then my vision gave out and everything faded to black...

Ps this is really bad but forgive me please also I'm going to give Apollyon a better reason to do what she did than because they gave up there waring ways and it's disgusting
