"You are my sunshine"
Even as the sirens blared outside the window he couldn't believe the call that was being made to his apartment. Grabbing the keys from the plate in front of a picture of him and his roommate, he made his way out of the apartment at to the car.
"My only sunshine."
The car engine revved but it didn't start. After a few tried he gave up and got back out, nearly slamming the door he started out towards the street calling up a taxi.
"You make me happy."
A taxi ride there seemed to long, but when he got inside the building his unconscious roommate passed him on the way back to the room labeled with a light and swung closed door.
"When skies are grey."
Tired and panicked from stressed he waits in a chair in a loudly empty room, curling on himself to try to stay positive as he wishes for the best.
"You'll never know dear."
Hours pass and he is finally lead to a room where his friend lays quiet surrounded by white. Appealingly calm, he sits along his roommate's bedside and waits to the sounds of machines.
"How much I Love you."
Once all the other guest leave he closes his eyes and takes his roommates hand before laying his head down covering his face as he quietly sobs.
"Please don't take."
Everywhere around the building lights are being turned off and the workers leave. A once pure white room is now dimming and surrounded by darkness.
"My sunshine."
Monitors beep steadily but slow down to an antagonizing pace.
"Away."
Your name is SOLLUX CAPTOR and after a terrible incident on your way home, your roommate and BEST FRIEND is crying at your bedside, but you can't do anything about it because you are unable to move.

Author's Note: Sorry about the Sadstuck everyone, times have been a little harsh recently. I plan to get back into updating other stories soon as I fight through this writers block but till then here's a mini story. I may continue this like many of my others if you all like it though .
