A/N: Yup guys, Sasuke has a wish (besidesgettingrevengeonallofKonoha). Ehehe. Not funny yeah. 'Twas a one-shot of boredom. R&R = loved and appreciated.
Disclaimer: Nope, don't own Naruto! Not one bit!
At Team Kakashi's Camp…
"Guys! A shooting star!" Sakura grabbed Naruto by the shoulder and jabbed her finger at the sky.
This wasn't anything new of course, they team had learned to follow Sakura's silly superstitions. Sai, Naruto, Yamato, and Sakura all closed their eyes and silently wished for what they wanted.
Sai: 'Hmm, I haven't read anything about wish making, should I wish for more books? Does this really work? What are the others wishing for?' Sai was about to ask, but Sakura automatically clamped a hand over his mouth.
Naruto: 'Sasuke! I'm gonna get you back! Watch me, I'll surpass you and make you come back to Konoha, even if I have to die to do it!' Naruto nodded his head and shoved his fists in his pockets, thinking of Sasuke, of course.
Yamato: 'I wish to ask Kakashi-sempai about Naruto's Fox Cloak… Hmm,' ever-worrying, Yamato was concerned about Naruto getting out of hand from all his over-exertions.
Sakura: 'Sasuke…' she focused all her thoughts on Sasuke, she wanted – no, needed – him to come back to her.
Somewhere, far far away….
"No way! Everyone, hurry the hell up and make a wish!" Karin screamed at her group. Suigetsu clamped his hands over his ears and begun cursing at the girl vehemently. Juugo just shook his head at the two, Sasuke frowned.
"You'll wake the dead, Karin," he warned her, rather seriously. Karin gulped, but still closed her eyes to make a wish.
'I wish Sasuke-kun would fall in love with me!' Karin felt herself melt and giggled hysterically.
Sasuke, under the pretenses of falling asleep, closed his eyes and leaned forward, elbows on his knees, face to the ground. He tried not to wish for it, but he couldn't, it was too hard to ignore the feelings welling up inside.
'Oh Sakura, Naruto… Be safe,' he smiled slightly and a thought strayed through his mind, 'I hope Kakashi hasn't driven them insane yet.'
