"Sherlock," Molly sighed, knocking on his bedroom door for the tenth time. John had let her in to 221B, but the look on his face said Mary made him. Molly would take it- so far, he'd avoided her for a week.
He harrumphed from inside his room. Molly could only roll her eyes at the childish anger the response exuded. Surely, he sat on his bed with arms folded and lips in a pout. His legs would be tucked under the thick blanket and his eyes trained up at the ceiling.
"Sherlock, please. I don't know what I can do at this point to fix this between us, but this isn't worth throwing away our relationship."
Molly's brows furrowed as she heard the detective rolling over in his bed, likely to face away from the door.
Fine," she whispered, "I'll just join you." Hurriedly, she dug through her oversized purse to find her sturdiest credit card. When one refused to bend to her touch, she was satisfied. With a small amount of pressure and a keen amount of skill, Molly undid the lock that kept Sherlock away from her.
The door squeaked open and Sherlock rushed a pillow over his head to keep from hearing Molly's quiet footfalls. As she neared, his mumbled protestations grew louder and more unintelligible. Once he could feel her hand tugging against his sheets, he threw the pillow at her.
Molly fell from the force. After righting herself, her glare grew fierce and her lips thinned. "Sherlock Holmes, if you refuse to talk to me because I beat you in Cluedo, that's perfectly fine. Tom wanted to have dinner with me anyway."
Sherlock's eyes grew wide and his arms flailed to encircle the pathologist. "No."
Molly put her hands on her hips. "If you don't start speaking like a human being, then I will."
His eyes sought hers. "Please, Molly. Don't leave me."
She sighed, running a hand through her hair. Her hands returned to her side and her eyes rolled as she muttered, "Fine. But no more board games."
