"Sawamura!" I heard Miyuki yell. I was in the middle of my morning run when I was interrupted by the 2nd year catcher. I checked my watch 5:02am. Hmmm Miyuki was never up this early, what on earth could he want?
"What do you want Miyuki?" I asked him as he ran over to me.
I wanted to see if you wanted to get some training in before breakfast." He said as he was running out of breath.
"Why? You usually never want to train with me. Why now at 5 in the morning?" I tried to say without sounding obnoxious.
"….Well….S-Since you wanted to become the ace and all I thought I might try to take the time to help train you." Miyuki said hesitantly. I thought Miyuki never stutters he always sounds confidant on and off the field. It was starting to rain something I hadn`t noticed earlier, but one thing I couldn`t take my eyes off was him. I can`t stop staring at his piercing eyes, his amazing brown hair and his well…amazing body.
"Ummm sure why not? Can I just finish my run first?" I asked hoping he wouldn`t say no. I can`t stand not doing my usual run in the morning.
"Yeah sure…Hey how about I join you? I mean there is no point standing here waiting. Is there?" Miyuki stated sounding much more confident than he did a few moments ago. His voice sounded so smooth like I could listen to it all day.
I tried to think of something to say next. "Yeah we will have to take a longer run so we don`t get wet though."
To my surprise Miyuki said "No..no its okay we can run in the rain it will be more fun." We started to run and I didn't really get wet at all. I took glances at Miyuki every now and then and I couldn`t stop noticing how handsome he is. We finished the run and went our separate ways.
"Wait Sawamura m-meet me back here for our training in 10 minutes." He shouted over his shoulder. Damn there he goes again with the stuttering what is with him today? I couldn`t help it though it did make him all the more adorable. I got changed and looked at my watch 5:32am.
"Shit, I`m late I was supposed to be there 5 minutes ago." I closed the door quietly to try and not wake up my senpai`s and ran to where Miyuki told me to meet him earlier.
"There you are. I was beginning to think you wouldn`t show up." Miyuki said as he was getting up from his usual crouch position.
"Where are we going to train? Its raining and the bullpen doesn`t have enough roofing on it to keep us dry and we can`t go on the practice field because it is too early in the morning." I asked.
Miyuki puled something out of his pocket and swung it around his finger and said. "What kind of person do you take me for?"
"W-W-where did you get the keys to the gym?" I said. SHIT! Now I`m stuttering what is with me.
Miyuki replied with a sigh and I swear I heard a small laugh in there too. "Calm down I talked to coach. Now let's go or we won`t have time to train."
