It took a moment for Britannia to react to Dutchman's sudden move but when she did she found herself pressing back with everything she had. Her lips moved in an unfamiliar and unknown way as she kissed her apprentice. "Britannia," Dutchman gasped. "I think I love you." Britannia leaned into her. "I love you too, Dutchman." She replied.

"If only I had known!" Dutchman moaned. To her credit, Britannia pushed past the pain her half dismantled decks gave her and said "How could you? The curse was blocking our bond." "I know but..." Dutchman whimpered. Britannia nuzzled her. "You're here now, Dutchman and that's what matters to me." She whispered.

"Must you leave me again." Dutchman whimpered. Britannia, soon to be renamed Princess Royal, smiled at her apprentice. "I've hardly had the chance to rest. Give me a little down time Dutchman." She begged. Dutchman nuzzled her. "I'll be here waiting for you." She said. Britannia gave her a soft kiss and replied "I know."

"I must say you look very nice as a merchant ship." Dutchman said. Britannia blushed. "You always try to flatter me!" She laughed. "It's my job." Dutchman purred. "You do it very well." Britannia said and kissed her, a gesture which Dutchman happily returned.

Dutchman watched nervously as the ship beside her, HMS Prince of Wales whimpered in her sleep. Hours earlier she'd fallen unconscious. All she'd managed to get out was she'd been renamed. Dutchman could only hope the new spirit, whoever it was, settled well into its new home as Wales found her way to the Ancients. The process took longer than usual and Dutchman was in the straits with worry when the new ship finally woke. She opened her eyes, blinking a few times as she adjusted to the light. Then she turned her gaze on Dutchman. The fluyt knew that blue gaze anywhere. "Britannia..." She whispered. "Hello Dutchman." Britannia purred and leaned against her apprentice as she was enveloped in her loving embrace.

"Britannia, please no!" Dutchman begged as she held the wounded dreadnought to her side. "I'm so-sorry, Shadow. I-I failed." Britannia coughed. "Britannia, hey! Stay with me." Dutchman cried. "I love you..." Britannia's blue eyes turned glassy. Dutchman wailed in grief and buried her bow into her mentor's side.

2 days later the war ended. Her head raised to the stars, the fluyt just couldn't bring herself to participate in the celebrations. "Why couldn't you have lasted longer?" She whispered.

"A yacht, that's a first." Dutchman remarked upon seeing her mentor's new form for the first time. Britannia ducked her head shyly. "Yeah, I wasn't entirely expecting that either." She said. "You're still beautiful." Dutchman whispered, kissing her cheek. "Oh you!" Britannia laughed and kissed her fiercely.

The first ship Dutchman saw upon entering the Italian port of Monfalcone was the largest she'd seen in a while. She wasn't quite as large as Oasis or Independence but she was goodly sized in her own right. Her white hull had lovely red interlaced in a pretty flower design and her name was written on her bow in elegant letters. "Britannia..." Dutchman whispered. The cruise ship started, then turned towards her. Confusion lit her eyes for a few seconds before recognition flooded them. "I knew you'd come by eventually Shadow." Britannia purred. Flying Dutchman nuzzled her. "You seem to get more beautiful with each incarnation." She whispered. "Flatterer." Britannia accused though with no malice in her tone. She kissed her apprentice gently but Dutchman wasn't interested in being gentle, she pressed back hard. Britannia was surprised enough to back off momentarily. "So it's gonna be that way hmm?" She giggled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Bring it." Dutchman invited.

Britannia grinned and lunged, bowling her apprentice over. Dutchman laughed as she rolled on her side, happily submitting to her mentor's desire though she had no intentions on letting Britannia top this time around. Reaching up to the liner's top deck, she managed to twist them around, using Britannia's high center of gravity against her and flipping her over. Dutchman now rested on top of the huge liner. Britannia gazed up at her, eyes slightly wide in surprise. "I haven't let you top in a while. Show me that you still know what you're doing." She purred.

Dutchman accepted Britannia's challenge, planting kisses along her hull. Her deeply intimate knowledge of Britannia told her exactly where her mentor's most sensitive points were, no matter what form she was in. Though her virginity had been lost back in the 1680s by Dutchman, this form of Britannia's had yet to feel the touch of another. Gently, so as not to cause her an early orgasm, Dutchman rubbed her keel against Britannia's slit. The elder ship gasped, her eyes slipping half closed. Smirking, Dutchman shifted her weight and allowed her tongue to do the work of a male. She suckled on Britannia's outer mammary glands and they quickly swelled with arousal. Opening her jaws, the fluyt breathed in Britannia's scent. The smell of hormones was higher than it'd ever been and she suspected that was do to this new form. Saving the best for last, Dutchman finally shoved her tongue deep inside Britannia's now moist slit. She ground it against her mentor's clit, hearing Britannia squeal in pleasure. Though Britannia was long since used to these feelings, her new body was not and it was only after a few minutes that orgasm hit and it hit her hard. Dutchman eagerly drank Britannia's fluids as they soaked her passageway. "I love it when you're wet." She purred seductively. Panting, Britannia replied "Stop talking like a pirate Dutchman." Dutchman merely laughed and began to arouse Britannia again.

Britannia went through a total of 7 orgasms that night. Dutchman herself got at least 6. The two ships alternated so each had the chance to top. It was only the onset of exhaustion that prevented them from doing more. Britannia rolled off Dutchman flat on her side. "Ugh, I'm spent." She panted. "Me too." Dutchman agreed. She staggered upright, ready to sail to her own berth for the night but Britannia gestured to her side. Pulling up alongside her mentor, Dutchman rolled over and snuggled against her mentor. Britannia pressed against her, her whole hull vibrating from her purrs. "I love you Shadow." She whispered. "I love you too, Britannia." Dutchman replied. "I'll love you forever."

In Southampton Harbor, more than one ship would question HMS Victory's sanity as the old sailing ship smiled to herself for no apparent reason.
