Hi guys! I just want to say how happy I am to make this sequel, anyways to those who haven't read the Promise I suggest you read that first before reading this. And I suggest you guys listen to Broken Promise by Oliver!

Chapter 1: The disappearance

I stretched my arms when I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was the souvenirs we bought yesterday at the festival then I suddenly remembered what Tsume and I did last night, I smiled at the memory. We both mended our promise and I really hope that she'll never run away from her problems again. I stood up and did some morning stretching.

Before anything else I thought I could wake or see Tsume, my lips curled into a smile and my face grew into an expression filled with mischief. When I arrived to Tsume's door, I slowly crept like a tiger would. Then I slowly slid the door open.

"TSUME!" I said with a huge grin on my face, I then frowned when I saw that the room was empty. I then went inside and examined that her things were neatly arranged; I walked to the other side of the room then slid the door of her small garden.

She was not here either; I scratched my head and went back inside her room. My thoughts swirled to where she is right now; she's always spending time inside her room….

"Ah! Maybe she's in the living with everyone else!" I headed out there then saw Kuwabara talking to Yukina, Hiei watching closely, Kurama drinking some then Bui talking to Yuzai while Keiko was reading some magazines and Shizuru combing her hair.

"Hey Urameshi!" Kuwabara stood up from his seat while waving his hand in the air; I walked to them and sighed.

"Hey guys, have you seen Tsume?" I asked them curiously, all of them stared at each other then shooked their heads.

"Nah, we haven't seen her." Kuwabara said to me, I then noticed Yuzai with a sad expression.

"Have you seen her?" I asked Tsume's twin sister, she shook her head slowly. Everyone stood up then went close to me.

"How about we look for her Together?" Kurama asked with a calm smile on his face.

"Are you supposed to know where she is detective? The both of you trained here together for months." Hie9i said while crossing his arms in his chest, his eyes were glaring at me like daggers.

"Yeah, she's always in her room if we don't have training…Maybe…Maybe she's with Genkai." I said while snapping my fingers, all of them followed behind me.

When we arrived at master Genkai's room she was watching television, I examined first if Tsume was there with her, finally Genkai averted her eyes at me and gave me an annoyed look.

"What are you doing here Dimwit? Are you supposed to pack your things?" I suddenly noticed that Tsukime was in her arms, she looked troubled.

"Uh…Hey Grandma, have you seen Tsume?" I asked her gently, she shooked her head and returned her attention to the television.

"How the hell should I know?" Genkai said while watching, I then shrieked and a vein popped on my temple.

"Well you're her Master and Guardian! You're supposed to know!" I shouted at her, she shook her head.

"Are you supposed to know because you're both friends Dimwit?" she asked, I stared at her for a while and thought about some things, Tsume was supposed to rest today….Maybe in the training grounds maybe?

"Yeah, yeah, sure thing!" I said while bolting out of her room, the others slowly followed behind me. When all of us got there….There as still no sign of Tsume around here.

"Maybe she's in the bath house?" Kuwabara asked me, I slowly turned my head to him with a horrific expression. He yelped then backed away slowly while he shook with anticipation.

"Do you want to die Kuwabara?" I asked him, he shooked his head and then I sighed deeply; he's got a point there. Tsume likes taking a bath everyday….Well then!

All of us entered the bath house, the hot water was steaming the whole room but there is no Tsume around here. My shoulders slowly shook and a vein popped in my head.

"Where the hell is she anyways?!" I asked angrily, Kuwabara patted my shoulder trying to calm me down.

"Yusuke bursting out in anger will not help us find Tsume." He warned, after five minutes I was able to cool down. We headed back to the temple and ate breakfast, again my mind thought about what Tsume was doing right now…

Must be out of town…

Or she must be watching over the city again…

Yeah…

Koenma's such a huge ass for letting Tsume watch the city again; I mean we just finished the Tournament days ago! I jolted when I felt someone poke me in the back; I turned to see Keiko with a very concerned look. I set down my chopsticks and watched her stare at me for a while.

"What?" I asked her calmly, Keiko suddenly placed her hand on my shoulder.

"Yusuke I know you're worried, but you don't have to worry about Tsume. She's a strong girl, I'm sure your boss has another assignment for her or something." Keiko said to me calming, she was right. Tsume's a tough cookie.

"Your Brunette friend has a point detective, the cross dresser's probably watching the city." Hiei said while taking sips of his coffee. I looked down and stared at the ramen noodles, my reflection looks funny.

"Hey Urameshi, you've got to hurry eating! We need to get back home right?" Kuwabara asked me, looked back at him and nodded. I took the bowl of ramen and ate it all.

~ Later on~

We've packed our things then bid of good bye to the old hag, the ice Koorime, the sister and the gigantor, when all of us were about to leave I suddenly heard something in the air.

'Farewell…' I glanced at every corner but there was no one there…

"Tsume?!" I called out her name, every one stopped walking and turned their attention to me, I was heaving and still searched where that voice came from.

"Something wrong Urameshi?" Kuwabara asked me.

"I swear I just heard Tsume…" I said to them, all of them slumped their shoulders and started walking again.

'Tsume…Where the hell are you?!'
