Lazy Afternoon
I just got into reading Black Butler – my local library got the first four volumes for it! I was ecstatic even if my friend who also works at the library interrogated me because all four were missing. I had the first two. So Yana Toboso owns Kuroshitsuji. Enjoy my first attempt.
"Young master, I have your afternoon tea along with your favorite." Sebastian called from behind the door after he knocked on it with his elbow.
"Come in." Ciel called from where he sat at his desk, looking over some business plans that the factory had.
Pushing the door open, the butler walked into the room, setting down the tea and deep dish apple and raisin pie on the mahogany desk of his master's. Holding the tray that he used to carry the food and drink under his arm, he waited for any orders from the child that ran the company. "Anything else you would like sir?"
"No. You can leave now Sebastian." Ciel said as he took a hold of his tea cup.
Nodding, the demonic butler walked out of the room and into the entrance hall to see if the maid wasn't breaking anything that was of value. When he walked in, he was greeted with a meow, only to stare down at an ebony cat that was sitting in his path.
"How exactly did you get in?" He asked himself as he bent down and stroked the cat. As he gave the cat his attention, it seemed like time was slipping away from him when he should be worrying about what he should fix for Ciel for dinner. Well he did deserve a lazy afternoon once in a while – this time it's spent with a cat.
