Emotions
Ahsoka sat in her quarters, playing her former Master's 'saber training holovids over and over again. She knew them by heart and she was much more advanced in her lightsaber technique than what level Anakin was teaching in this particular session, but it was the only thing she had to remember him by.
Ahsoka had heard of the fall of the Hero with No Fear, and it had crushed her heart and soul. The most famous Jedi in the galaxy, gone. Turned into a monster called Darth Vader. Abruptly, the galaxy was pitched forward into dark times.
A tear rolled down Ahsoka's cheek as she restarted the training holo. And suddenly, she was angry. After months of keeping her composure and staying calm in front of the Rebel Alliance, she just had to let it out. She cried out and bashed her fists into the wall repeatedly, leaving sizable dents and taking away bruised and bloody knuckles. She kept punching until a large dent marred the wall above her bunk and both the wall and her hands were stained in blood.
She had not stopped crying the whole time, tears and snot mixing on her face. She scrubbed a hand across her eyes, adding blood to the mix. Her knuckles bled steadily, but the pain fueled her on. Ahsoka pulled a lightsaber hilt off her belt and momentarily thought of driving the blade through the wall, but that would leave to much damage. Instead, she hurled the hilt at the durasteel plates, satisfied at the sound. She hurled the other one, then went back to ruining the wall with her fists.

Rex walked back down the hall towards his quarters, looking forward to some much needed rest. He passed Commander Tano's, er, Ahsoka's quarters and heard muffled bumps and cries. He opened the door and knocked gently on the jamb. Ahsoka was punching the wall with vigor, seemingly taking no notice of the blood streaming from her bruised knuckles. For what reason she was angry, he did not know, but he knew she could use some comfort.
"Ahsoka?" No reply, just more punching. Rex walked to her and grabbed her by the shoulders, whipping her around to face him.
"What?" She snarled, then pulled back. "Oh, Rex, I'm sorry. I didn't know it was you." Ahsoka blushed.
"It's alright, little 'un," Rex said, using the affectionate nickname he had given her during the Clone War.
"Oh, Rex," Ahsoka said, and burst into tears again, sinking down to her knees. That was the only explanation the Captain needed. Kneeling down, he pulled the short Togruta up into a hug.
"It'll be alright, little 'un. Shh, it's alright," Rex soothed, rubbing her back. "Shhh, shhh." Ahsoka's shoulders shook as she cried her heart out into Rex's own shoulder, tears somewhat cleaning her face of blood and snot. Her knuckles still bled and soaked the back of Rex's shirt, but he didn't care. All he cared about was helping the little one through this.
The two stayed like that for a while, until Ahsoka stopped crying and fell silent, falling limp against the clone's chest. Rex smiled fondly and shifted position, picking the sleeping rebel up by hooking an arm under her knees and the other around her upper back. He stepped out of Ahsoka's room and went to his own, placing Ahsoka on the extra bunk there. The poor thing could use a bit off looking after tonight.
The Togruta didn't stir, just curled into a fetal position. Rex wiped her face down with a cloth and bandaged her knuckles loosely after cleaning the dried blood off. He pulled her utility belt and boots off and placed them on the floor by the door, but left her breastplate and gauntlets on, unsure of how to take them off. Ahsoka looked comfortable enough. Rex settled on the bunk across from her, intending to sleep with one eye open tonight to watch over his little one.

Ahsoka: *sighs* Rex, what would I do without you?
Rex: I dunno, little 'un.
Ahsoka: I just miss Anakin so much.
Anakin: *pokes head in* Why? I'm right here.
Me: Anakin, out! Go back to your own universe.
Anakin: *whining* Whyyyyy? Ahsoka and Rex are here! Wait, what universe are we in?
Me: Rebels, ya big dork.
Anakin: Hey! Why can't I be in Rebels? My apprentice and my captain get to be in it!
Ahsoka: Because you're Vader already.
Anakin: I don't want to be Darth Vader! I want to be Anakin!
Me: Anakin, out.
Anakin: Ugh. *walks out*
Me:*starts to say something, but Anakin walks in wearing a Vader mask.*
Anakin: Can I be in the conversation now?
Me: No! Out!
Anakin: Why do I have to be Vader?
Me: I don't know. Why don't you call Dave Filoni and ask him. Or better yet, George Lucas.
Anakin: Okay! *grabs my phone and scrolls through my contacts*
Me: Hey, give that back!
Anakin: Who's Joey? Is he your boyfriend?
Me: Joey is not my boyfriend! HER full name is Josephine.
Anakin: Then why don't you have her full name in here? It's very confusing.
Me: Because I don't usually have Dark Jedi hacking my phone!
Anakin: I didn't hack it! Your phone doesn't even have a passcode!
Me: Cause I don't have the option to! *chases Anakin back to his own universe and makes Obi-Wan force Anakin to give my phone back, then proceeds to yell at Anakin for no good reason*
Rex: Well, that was interesting. Are they always like that?
Ahsoka: Yeah, but sometimes Pilot won't put up with the arguing, so she pummels him.
Me: *From the Clone Wars universe* No I don't!
Ahsoka: Whatever!
Rex: Thanks for reading!
