Happy Birthday Prince Glenn! :D

"Where exactly are we going?" I asked, annoyance lining my words,

"Shh! No questions! Just keep walking." I let out a huff as I let her lead me along.

Hailey had been dragging me around the castle for who knows how long now, and I was getting tired of this, especially since I couldn't actually see where we were going.

"… Okay, wait here for just one second." I heard Hailey say as she stopped me,

"Okay, it's just in here.. Careful." She took my hand as she guided me into a room.

I felt her hands at the back of my head as she untied the scarf she had put over my eyes.

When I could finally see again I was surprised with a chorus of "Happy Birthday!" 's.

Wide-eyed I look around to see Hailey, Alan, and Yu all standing around a small table with a birthday cake sitting on it.

"Wha…?" I couldn't seem to find words at that moment. and seeing this Hailey seemed exceedingly pleased with herself.

Stepping forward she wrapped her arms around my neck, giving me a peck on the cheek,

"Happy birthday Glenn." She whispered in my ear before stepping back.

Alan was next, rushing forward and hugging me around the waist as he, too, wished me a happy birthday.

Yu was last as he bowed his head, wishing me,

"Happy birthday, Prince Glenn."

"Th-thank you all." I stuttered, still surprised.

"We know you didn't want any gifts, so instead Alan came up with the amazing idea that we should all give you a card." As Hailey said this I saw Alan smile with pride at her praise.

"That sounds perfect." I smiled at Alan as he held out his card to me.

Laying on our bed with Hailey I hugged her close to my chest, laying my head on top of hers,

"Thank you, I've never had a surprise party before."

"I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. You're always so serious, it was nice to see you relax." I could hear the satisfied smile in her voice.

I chuckled, hugging her closer.

"Hey?" She looked up at me,

"What is it?"

"I love you." I always loved hearing her say that.

I smiled bending my head to press my lips to hers. We pulled away for air, and she snuggled into my chest,

"I love you, too." I whispered, kissing her forehead and holding her close.

"I hope I get to spend my next birthday the same way."
