Whatever it takes, it'll be believed in. That was the promise to the moon of two immortal beings he brought back. One uses nightmares when the Sandman isn't present, still letting the children keep their beliefs in the Guardians. The other uses all things wintery, trying to block out the children's belief in the Guardians with icy cold winds and freezing cold summers.
The nightmare giver goes by the name of Jack Shadow. An immoral teenager that is always causing, good natured, trouble. Who doesn't remember his past life and is always in competition with the Sandman over the dreams/nightmares of children. The other, the snowbringer, goes by the name of Kosmotis Blizzard. He hates all things even remotely warm, and causes blizzards any time he wants too. He hates Easter because it stands for new beginnings and brings new hope every year.
Kosmotis' skin is whiter than a cloud. He wears a dark blue long sleeved robe and shoes. His white hair done up in spikes that stick out. His blue eyes are as light as ice, and his teeth are as jagged as icicles. He has a scythe made of dark ice. He rides on either the wind or a large white snow owl.
Jack has pale gray skin and shiny yellow eyes, he can change the pupils to be like that of a surprised cat if he wishes. He wears a black sweater and matching pants, with bindings that go from just below the knees to just above his ankles and his feet are bare. He travels around in shadow. He guiltily feeds on people's fears and uses that to stay alive.
No one sees Jack; or Kosmotis. But, all of that changed.
I was watching RoTG with my cousin, and this came to mind. I might continue this, but I don't know.
