Things were getting tough. EVE was almost to the holo-detector with the reject-bots behind her. If she didn't hurry, to save WALL-E soon, he would be sunk below the ground and gone forever. She couldn't let that happen. She just couldn't! EVE was so anxious to save WALL-E, her new directive, the little robot she loved most. But, before she could reach WALL-E and the holo-detector, a scary spider-like monster appeared and made spooky faces at her. EVE was so scared that she flew away. The reject-bots were confused. The spider monster looked down on them angrily as if to say "What are you looking at?" Trembling with fear, the reject-bots scurried away fast. It seemed there was no one to save WALL-E.
