Galinda bounced into the dorm she shared with Elphaba and saw her doing the usual, reading. "Elphaba." She said, going over to her only to take the book away from her and lay in on the green bedding.

"Hey, what in Oz are you doing?" The green girl demanded only to be silenced with a kiss. Galinda's lips on her own made her want to give in to any of the blonde's ideas. Elphie pulled away and looked at her bubbly blonde friend. "What do you want my dearest?" She asked, curiously.

"Nothing, can't I just kiss my girlfriend?" Galinda asked, curiously, smiling sweetly at her. The two had started secretly seeing each other a few weeks ago. The look on Elphaba's face signaled she didn't believe the perky blonde. "I want to go to the Ozdust Ballroom tonight." She said, looking at Elphaba with a slight chance of hope.

Elphaba raised her brow then shook her head, picking her book back up only to have it taken away. "Galinda let me read." She said, reaching for it.

The blonde shook her head. "No. What will it take for you to come with me?" She asked, sitting on the green girl's book. "Please Elphie?" She asked, begging only a little. "I bet by the end of the night I can get you to admit you had fun." She said, setting a small challenge between them.

Sighing, she nodded. "Alright fine but let me take my book with me." She said watching her actually thinking about it. "And I doubt it." She said

"Okay whatever but you can't spend the entire time reading, although you probably won't read at all." The blonde said handing the ratty book back to the green hands of her roommate whom slipped it into her bag. "Now come on." She said, getting off the bed, pulling the green girl behind her, making their way out of Shiz and to the Ozdust Ballroom.

Galinda bounced excitedly as they walked in to Ozdust where the music was already playing. "Elphie, let's dance, come on." She said, pulling her to the floor.

"Dearest, we just got here." She said, following against her will. "Nevermind, yes, let's dance." She said, finding no use to argue with the blonde seeing as how when her mind was set on something, she stuck with it.

The green girl danced with her girlfriend although in public they were just friends which was okay with her. Other Ozians giving her looks but she ignored them as did Galinda and nearly two hours later, the two were heading back to their dorm hand in hand.

"Admit it, you had fun." Galinda said, poking Elphaba in the cheek.

"I did not." She said, smirking.

"Yes, you did. You didn't pick up your book once. That's a record for you." The blonde said, smiling. "And I know you had fun, admit it now or I'll keep saying it."

"Alright, alright, you win. I had fun." Elphaba admitted, rolling her eyes dramatically.

Galinda clapped. "Yay!" She said, throwing her arms around her waist, hugging her tight as they walked into their room, closing and locking the door.

Elphie smiled. "Now that no one is around you…" She said, finishing the sentence off with a kiss. "I had fun." She said breaking away to go to her bed.

The blonde smiled and went and layed down with her which caused the green girl to raise her brow. "Part of the deal if I won, I get to sleep in your bed tonight, with you." She said.

She ran the conversation over in her head. "We didn't talk about that." Elphaba pointed out.

Galinda nodded. "Yes, we did. At least in my mind." She said, laying her head on the green girl's shoulder. She slowly fell asleep showing no signs of moving.

Letting out a small sigh, she held the sleeping blonde close and read her book until her eyes would no longer stay open.
