Close to God
"You're a believer?"
Ianto shrugged.
"I dabble."

Ianto dabbles.
He dabbles in Jack; he dabbles in religion.
They're really not so different.
Ianto can never know Jack, as he can never know God.
Jack cannot be defined by science.
There are so many reasons not to believe, and yet it's so damned simple.
Jack had commented on the tiny silver cross slung around his neck, his lips meeting cold metal questioningly.
It's not particularly holy, is it – my cock up your ass?
But there's a difference between holy and faith.
Ianto doesn't need churches to believe.
Fucking Jack is as close to God as he'll ever get.
