When I saw this scene in Persona 3 I could not resist in breaking out in song, all those who have played the game will know exactly what I'm talking about. This is also my first fic to test out the features of , I thank kenchi618 of the naruto fandom and Samjaz for actually making me want to write

In the space of time between the event when Aegis captured SEES, until the point when Ikutski went apeshit with doomsday prophecy, Junpei started something that would be the driving force behind the Nyx Elimination Team. To think, all this came from Minato exposing Iori to Monty Python.
Each was upon their cross, foming a semi-circle around the tower, and woke up within seconds of each other. To everyone else it brough naught but despair to their hearts, but to Junpei…he couldn't do anything but burst out into song. He looked at Minato, who found out a second too late what he was going to do, and started to sing…
Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best...
He tilted his head back and forth and with a surprisingly smooth baritone…
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...
He was whistling, then joined Minato, Yukari jumped in, but Akihiko, Fuuka, and Mitsuru had expressions varying from bemusement to disgust (guess which one for each).
If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.

Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
Akihiko caught the tune and so did Fuuka, adding their own different pitches of whistling.

Minato sang this next verse, his voice, however seldom it be heard, was like salve upon the ears of the female party members.
For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
Ikutski decided to choose this time to jump in and rant, but he was caught off guard by the singing. I mean, after all, It was his favorite movie. He sang as well, although I must admit it sounded like a cat drowning in quicksand.
So always look on the bright side of death

Life's a piece of shit
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
Events followed as usual afterwords, Ikutski fortells the parties doom, and Mitsurus dad bites the big one. But even through the darkest times afterwards, the despair of an unbeatable opponent, even the untimely death of their leader, all they had to do to move forward was to purse their lips and sing…Always look on the bright side of life…
