A/N

Alright, um, this is really stupid and probably everyone will hate it or just never read it, but here is the summary anyway:

Luna is an 11-year old vampire in the Volturi. She's an… overage immortal child. She and several others were revealed to be capable of learning, and they are now living in Volterra. And Aro decided that, since all the kids don't know anything about how to act human, and nothing about Vampiric history, he thinks its necessary to teach the children through-alright this sounds so stupid- vampire school. They teach the kids lots of things, most of it Vampiric History. This is Luna's favorite subject. She learns everything; from the European Werewolf Hunts to the Southern Vampiric Wars. She is reasonably happy, until one day, the kids are taught about the Cullens. For no reason she can think of, Luna is fascinated by them, and one day she decides to join them.

-So? Good? Bad? Lobster? R&R!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stepped into the classroom, breathing in the scent of paper and ink. I loved that smell. It was so comforting. Vampiric History was my favorite class; history is fascinating.

I was shaken out of my moment in paradise by Felicity shouting my name. I smiled; then walked over to where she and Collin sat. They both grinned back at me, and I sat down.

"What are we talking about today?" I questioned.

Felicity shrugged. "I have no idea."

"I don't either." Collin added. "But I have a bad feeling about it."

Collin has this weird gift. He was very precautionary when he was a human, so now he gets "feelings" about what's going to happen. Like a bad feeling if our teacher is about to, say, distribute alarming amounts of homework.

"For yourself, or the whole class?" I questioned.

Collin frowned as he concentrated. "Just me."

I contemplated that, and decided not to worry about it. I turned to Felicity, who was staring at the board with clouded eyes.

She twisted and looked back at me. "Tell me what the board says." She demanded. Felicity was blind as a human, and for some odd reason the transformation didn't change that. But now she has super-powerful echolocation, so most of the time she can read stuff. Her echolocation is very detailed, and could pick up the slight indentation of a pencil mark on a paper. But the board is written in marker, and that's harder to read, apparently.

"Reference Materials: Hell on Earth: a firsthand account of the Southern Vampire Wars, By the Light of the Dawn, Newborn names and stories…" I broke off with a squeal. "Yay! We are studying the Southern wars today!"

Collin broke off the corner of his desk. "Crap. I'm ditching." He started to get up just as the teacher, Lillian, walked into the room.

I glanced sympathetically at Collin. He was a very, very young vampire in the Southern wars, and he had a mate that was killed before the Volturi came. The Southern wars are a touchy subject for him. That's putting it lightly.

Well, that explains his bad feeling.

"Oh, come on, Collin!" Felicty whined. "There isn't anything wrong with the Southern Wars…"

She broke off at Collin's glare she felt.

I just looked at Lillian, who was standing at the front of the classroom. Unlike Collin, I could barely wait for class to start. I loved the Southern Wars. I had already read every book in the library on it. Biographies, novels, autobiographies. You name it, I've read it.

I like almost every subject in Vampiric History. Except for the immortal children. But that's different.
