"Still living, are we Erik?" came the soothing voice of Christine. Erik spun around and ran to her.
"Christine!! You have come back! But where is Raoul and aren't you married?"
Christine took a step forward as she replied "No, we cancelled the wedding because Raoul found himself another girl and ran off to America!! But ohh!! Erik you were right!! I do love you and will you take me back!!" With this she ran to him and kissed him. But he pulled out immediately. Christine was confused and asked him "Why don't you want me back? I swear it is all over with Raoul and Fredric I swear!!"((Sorry had to add that!! Isn't that a cool name!! But so is Jebadiah!!))
"Errm, I did love you and all but I have..." but his voice was cut short by the melodic sound of a woman's voice.
"Erik dear!! Oh where are you? And who is that at the door?" Right after the last syllable ran through the room. A woman entered in her nightgown. She was about 5 foot 5 in. with shoulder length blonde hair, and a skinny figure. Her pale skin was highlighted by the magenta pink of the nightgown.
"And who is this?" she said eyeing Christine with a suspicious glance.
"Errm, honey this is Christine, a friend from the opera house." He said this in a tentative way and Christine couldn't help but feel as if she knew all about her.
"Hello, I am Natalia" the woman said in a clear voice that had a very strong English accent.
"Okay dear" said Erik quietly "You go wait in the other room, I'll be only a minute" Natalia did not do as he asked, but instead eyed Christine with even more interest.
"Alright, well I'd best be going" said Christine hurriedly "It looks like you have, well, umm, you don't need me!" She turned to leave but was stopped by Erik.
"Look, you came at a bad time, perhaps you could come again? I can explain everything!!" he pleaded.
"Explain it to someone who cares!!" she whispered as she walked out the door.
