Hope's Peak Academy was planned to be the first step of despair for the attendees, following that, there was the planned Hope's Peak University where another group of students were to be pitted against each other. But the doors never opened, or at least that's what everyone assumed, much to the shock of the twenty students waking up trapped inside. (Open SYOC)

DANGAN RONPA: TURNABOUT DESPAIR

A/N: Hello everyone that's lovely enough to have taken the smallest interest in this story by clicking on it. This story is your typical (on the surface) SYOC for the Dangan Ronpa series because I just bought the first two games to play through having only watched through them before and now I have the urge to step in on all of this. The form for the student submission can be find on my profile (for copy/paste reasons) and only submissions sent through PM will be accepted - review submissions will just be ignored. Just basic rules being to not use Despair as your character's ultimate talent and also not to have any characters related to/in contact with any characters from the existing series. I'm planning on accepting 16-20 students (with equal - as equal as I can get - male/female ratio) and I'll update that roster of students below when I get a new submission.
