(Hell beckons and I fear I must go.
But, lo, I brighten as I know
That though it may destroy my flesh and bone,
I will not have to go alone.

Sam began to back up to the hole. Dean watchesin horror. He reaches out to his brother who he had always swore to protect, who he had promised that if they went out, they would go out together. He had went to Hell for his brother and now his brother was going to Hell for him. He did the only thing he knew to do.
He grabs Sam's hand and jumps in the hole with him. He had been there before and he could do it again, for Sam. He would not let his brother go through this alone. He had made up his mind to die with his brother when he had decided to come here and he would do just that.
They would burn together in Hell. After all, he was no stranger there.
He grabs Sam's hand and jumpsin the hole with him. His brother would not bear this alone, never alone. He was the only family Dean had left and he could not be without him, so he did what he to do.
He goes to Hell with him. He had done it before, he could do it again. Sure it would hurt and sure it would probably destroy him this time but then again, it would destroy them both. That was okay too.
So he grabs Sam's hand and jumps in the hole with him. Michael howls in fury, Lucifer screams as his plans were thwarted, and then his brother does the greatest thing.
Sam smiled and said," I got you." and hugs him close. Then they descended into Hell, happy to go out the way they always planned, together.
The hole seals itself and the others watch on. They had arrived too late. Bobby sobs because he knew this is what Dean had rushed here for, what he had intended to happen.
Castiel looks on, his face serious and purposely blank. Inside he smiled, the righteous man and cursed man had saved the world as they had set out to do. He felt almost proud, no, he realizes the truth of it. He is proud of them. They had saved the world and doomed themselves to Hell.
Sam may be tortured in Hell but he would not be the only one, Dean would too. Dean had suffered through it before so he would understand it, he would bear it.
The righteous man and the cursed man jumped in the hole to Hell, and saved everyone.
The men make their way back to the car and hook up the tow line to the Impala. They drive off in silent grief.
In the cage, a howl of fury sounds so loud it would tear the world apart if it could be heard there. Then comes the funniest thing, a laugh, a smile, and a derisive chuckle, followed by the strangest phrase:
'Bring it on, Bitch!'
(This is a one-shot of what could have happened when Dean got to the cemetery to confront his brother. He had went there to die with him and that was his goal going there. He wanted to find and make sure Sam knew he was there for him. I just changed it this time and applied a twist.)
