Darkness…that was all he could see. Pitch blackness. He couldn't move either. It was like his whole body had gone numb. No matter what part of his body he tried to move…it was useless. Panic began to rise within him like a pit of acid. Wherever he was, he couldn't move nor speak. He could barely breathe.

"Hear me…" he jumped as the voice sounded. It was a soft, almost velvety smooth and seemed to come from everywhere. It wormed its way into his ear and coils itself in his chest. He strained again helplessly, trying to manoeuvre himself into a sitting position but he was unable to. He just couldn't move. The voice sounded again, slightly louder this time.

"Listen….hear me…." The voice was growing steadily louder and louder. "Welcome to my world….At the very beginning of this adventure…" A jolt of confusion ran through him at the voices words. He was positively brimming with confusion now. Down where? As far as he could tell there was no up or down in this place. Just….there. Wherever there was. The voice must have mentioned something else that he hadn't understood. But the voice didn't answer his unspoken question. Silence reigned for a few seconds. Then it happened. There was a whooshing sound then a bright, almost blinding light began to shine underneath him.

"Ah, so that's down." He thought before he began to drop. He screamed in terror, as he continued to plunge through misty whiteness, wind flowing past him with a loud whistling sound. He screamed out, with terror or excitement he had absolutely no idea. Though his cries were muffled by the high pitched whistling. "Nooooooooo!" He screamed, his body twisting and turning in the wind. Unable to see, the wind buffeting him and the loud, high pitched whistling in his ears, he felt that same sense of wild terror/excitement blazing through him again. Wherever he was heading, he wasn't sure if he was going to make it in piece. "HELP MEEEEEE!" He screamed as he continued to fall
