Naruto is not mine.

See Me

Do you know how lonely it is to be alone, Sasuke? Do you know how painful and miserable it is to sit in the silent, empty room, waiting for someone who will not come to get you out of it? Do you know the agonizing desperation of loving someone who doesn't love you back?

You know those things too well, don't you, Sasuke? And that's why I could never blame you for this cursed feeling that we unfortunately share.

My blue eyes see you, and your black eyes see him. What is reflected on our eyes only a deep longing for the one we shouldn't have fallen in love with.

Do you know why I had never realized Hinata's feeling until she told me that to my face? Do you know why I have never given up on you while others already have? It is the same reason that you had never acknowledged Sakura's feeling towards you. It is the same reason that you walked away, ignoring my pleas and betraying your village.

I only see a boy with black eyes and black hair who had once protected me with his life. You only see a man with crimson eyes and black hair who had turned your life upside down. And we both are blind to anyone but the one we love.

So, here it is, Sasuke. My power, my life, my love, everything that I am, I give it all to you; if only you look at me, really look at me, for once in my life. See me Sasuke; see the one that love you more than life itself, for the first and the last time.

FIN

This drabble is inspired by a character in Yuho Ashibe's Crystal Dragon, in which she was pining after a knight that has given her a real name. I had this idea since February, but only last night, when I was a little upset, I managed to write it down.

This is one of the fics that I wrote in a spur of a moment. It has potential to be more, but right now, here is the fic with all its glory.

And if you don't understand what this fic is about, here, I'll tell you. Naruto loves Sasuke, while Sasuke loves Itachi. Sasuke never really see people around him, since his eyes are always see past these people, searching for his Aniki far, far away. Naruto wants Sasuke to really look at him, even if it's just once. So, Naruto sacrifices himself by giving the Kyuubi's power to Sasuke, hoping that it'll help Sasuke fulfilling his dream.
