A Naruto/One piece Crossover.

The immediate landscape was pretty much destroyed. Signs of a pretty large scale battle going on were everywhere. The two culprits stood apart on the heads of the statue of the men they were both supposed to represent, Uzumaki Naruto on Senju Hashirama, Uchiha Sasuke on Uchiha Madara.

The two boys started pooling the dregs of their respective energies for the final attack that would determine who would win their vicious fight.

"Chidori!"

"Rasengan!"

Then they jumped at full force towards each other, their deadly techniques clashing and balancing each other out to form an enormous energy dome that broke the entire flow of the waterfall.

(Moments later)

Hatake Kakashi was late once again. He looked around the battle site just to find traces of blood everywhere.

They were gone. His two prized students were gone, the rain effectively rendering his only means at tracking them useless.

The silver haired man looked up at the cloudy sky in defeat.

'Forgive me, Minato-sensei.'

(Miles away: Naruto's mindscape)

A certain nine tailed fox frowned in distaste. His idiot of a container had gotten his sorry ass kicked and was going to die with the way things were going. The idea of having to spend years in limbo efore reforming didn't appeal to Kurama, it was a real pain being suspended in a void.

Kurama snorted, he'd help the ningen. Just this once.

(Real world)

A boy with barely recognizable blond hair could be seen could be seen floating across a sea of water. Then without warning, wisps of red, malicious energy started forming around his body in a rather chaotic manner. Seconds later, all that could be seen was a large, red cocoon that was barely above water. It was a truly terrifying sight.

Story Details

Title: A Naruto/One Piece Crossover.

Storyboard: At the valley of the end, Naruto gets beaten. The current of the waterfall takes him all the way to the East Blue where he meets Portgas. D. Ace and Monkey .D. Luffy.

Kurama, the nine tailed fox, uses his chakra to keep Naruto in suspended animation for a century.

Naruto joins the straw hats for a while, then makes his own crew and becomes Luffy's eternal rival.

Naruto will eventually bond with Kurama over time. Do not rush it.

Konoha is irrelevant to this story. Somehow, someone stopped the Magen Tsukiyomi.

Relationships

Ace: Filial.

Garp: Fuck off.

Luffy: Rival/Enemy/Best Friend.

Note: There should be conflict at times between Naruto and Luffy due to their different ideals.

Pairing

Choices: Nami, Rebecca, Bonney, Tashigi.

There's a choice between the four of them. Maximum possible is three.

Power levels

Do. Not. Fuck. The. Power levels. Up.

Naruto verse, as at chapter 654, is stronger than the One Piece verse by quite a margin. Current Naruto is a top tier in the One Piece verse; Hashirama and Madara are significantly above the current One Piece cast.

I'd advice using the Outskirts Battledome for research.

Naruto, at meeting Luffy, would totally destroy him without trying. However, due to lack of training options for Naruto, Luffy will eventually level up.

Ace. Will. Die.

Abilities

No summoning.

All other abilities that Naruto had at the Valley of the End still stands.

Naruto will eat a devil fruit, think of something cool like a sound logia or something.

It's up to the author to establish a link between the God Tree and Devil Fruits.

Requirements

Author must have better grammar than me, which isn't really a feat in itself as you can see.

Must have read all chapters of Naruto and One Piece.

Must update at least fortnightly.

Chapters should average 7k at least.
