The pain was blinding. But it was needed. This soul inside her… she'd grown to love it. Her sweet boy. Her son.
Angel's hands grasped her own as she staked herself, turning to dust. Before, this would've been the last thing she would do. Kill herself.
Before this life growing inside her became the most precious thing, death was not an option.
She'd changed so much so quickly, she scared even herself. But her child was worth the changes. That is why she has to do this.
