I do not own Romeo and the Black Brothers. I just made this fanfic because I cannot accept the fate of Alfredo in the original story and I wish he ended up with Nikita.
With the help of doctor Casela, Alfredo is able to overcome his illness. He is forever grateful to God for this second chance of life. Together with Romeo, he grew up to be a handsome young man with full of wisdom. He became a doctor and continues helping in various places. His friendship with Nikita grew within those years, and their friendship turned to love.
Wedding Ceremony at San Babila Church:
