A/N: One cannot truly understand this story unless you've had Macaroni and Cheese at the Cheesecake Factory.

A/N: D/L is still going through a rough patch.

"Oh my God!" Lindsay moaned as she took her first bite out of the macaroni and cheese ball. She turned from her spot on the counter and looked around the room, looking for someone to share her excitement. She saw Danny walk by the break room and decided to risk it. "Danny come here." Lindsay said and Danny looked up from his file in total awe that she was talking to him.

"What's up?" Danny asked, as he stood in front of her, careful of her dangling feet, and set his folder next to her.

"Try this." Lindsay said as she brought the fork up to his mouth, her hand cupped underneath his chin in case anything feel. She smirked at the look of pleasure on Danny's face as he licked his lips. "Good right?"

"That's friggin' awesome." Danny said as he took the plastic container from her hand and the fork and started to walk away. "Thanks Montana." He smiled.

"Daniel Messer!" Lindsay shrieked as she jumped off the counter and ran to catch up with him before he left the room, and then jumped on his back. "Danny give me my lunch back."

"No way." Danny said as he ate another bite.

"Danny!" Lindsay shrieked again as she let go of his neck with one arm and reached for her food.

"Lindsay get off Danny's back, Danny give Lindsay her lunch back." Mac said as he walked by the break room.

"Fine." Lindsay said as she jumped off Danny and onto the floor.

"Here you go." Danny said turning around to give her the mac and cheese back.

"Thank you." Lindsay said matter of factly and placed her tray on the counter and stood protectively in front of hit. Danny smiled and stood behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his chin on her shoulder.

"Can I have another bite?" Danny asked softly and sweetly.

"Fine." Lindsay said as she brought the fork back towards his mouth. "Don't get it on my shirt."

"I won't." Danny said taking the fork from her and helping himself to more. "Where did you get this?"

"Cheesecake Factory." Lindsay answered leaning back into him, enjoying their closeness and how carefree they were acting.

"I didn't know there was on around here." Danny said giving the fork back to her.

"Me neither, Marc dropped it off and I heated it up." Lindsay said as she took another bite and laughed when she heard Danny groan.

"Marc." He grumbled softly pulling her tighter against him.

"He's nice." Lindsay said defending him, and ending the conversation. "He even brought me cheesecake."

"Peanut butter?" Danny asked taking the bite she offered him.

"Of course." Lindsay smiled leaning her head back against his shoulder.

"I miss this." Danny whispered against her shoulder, kissing it lightly.

"Me too." She whispered kissing next to his ear.

"Linds come on, we got a DB." Hawkes said as he walked past the break room.

"I gotta go." She said when Danny didn't let go of her.

"I don't want you to." He whispered in her ear.

"You can have the rest." She said motioning to the mac and cheese. "I'll be back."

"Fine." He said releasing her from his grip.

"Touch my cheesecake, and I'll kill you Messer." Lindsay warned as she turned to look at him.

"Wouldn't dream of it, Montana." Danny smirked placing a soft kiss on her lips, then rested his forehead against hers. "Wouldn't dream of it."

"Liar." Lindsay laughed kissing him again, then leaving to catch Hawkes.
