Hero of My Nightmares, Villain of My Dreams

Character info: I'm Serina and I'm 16. I can't remember anything about myself or my past and family. I'm going to Cross Academy as a day student, cuz that's what I am. I have bright orange hair and emerald green eyes. Zero.
'Whoa...' I thought, 'Where am I?' I found myself in the middle of a deserted street and decided that it was in my best interest to get out of the road, before a car came. I began running to a huge looming building with a beautiful cast-iron gate set before it. It looked like a fairytale castle. I stopped sprinting just before smacking into the gate and actually checked how I looked.
I looked hideous; my blue uniform was stained with blood and had some rips in it that weren't there when I put it on.
'Where had all that come from? What happened to me?' Every time I tried to remember I blanked out, it was as if my life had begun this morning.
'Who am I?' I thought. "I am Serina...Serina who?"I answered my thought but came to another question. This was so confusing. All I knew was that my name was Serina and that I was 16.

Someone was coming, ugh finally. I heard him before seeing him. He was gorgeous, tall, thin, silver hair, and hard lavender eyes. He took one glance at me and opened the gates, allowing me entry to the grounds.
"Who are you?" He questioned.
"Oh, I'm Serina, but who are you?" I asked, wanting to put a name to a face.
"Zero," was his only reply.
"Nice to meet you Zero," I said, "So what is this place anyway?"
"This is Cross Academy. You have a uniform of the school on."
"Oh um… thank you."
"Ah, but what happened to you?" He asked, giving me the once-over.
"I don't really know …" I said trailing off into silence.
"Oh well, we'll get you a new uniform once we talk to Headmaster Cross."
"Ok." I said. I wasn't used to special treatment of any kind so this was new to me. He seemed like a nice guy.
After visiting the Headmaster I got my paper telling me all my classes and where my room was… and most importantly it told me my full name, Serina Samuels. Then we went to get me my new uniform.
Zero led me to my room and left me to do whatever I needed to. Walking into it I felt some connection to my room. I looked around and saw what appeared familiar to me, a rose encased in glass or sap…
The flashback hit and I was brought back to last night. Pictures and memories flooded my vision. A vampire, female I think. It bit me. The bite itself was both painful and numbing at the same time. Next it fed me. Why, I had no idea. The blood tasted sweet, almost to the point of making me gag. It should have tasted metallic and coppery.
I'd had a scream building for the past few minutes and finally felt that it was time to let it out, so I did. The memories had taken me to near passing out range, but I was still there faintly. The door opened and someone walked in, but I didn't see who it was. The floor felt cool to my burning cheeks and everything began to fade away.
