Hey guys, its been a while! (Writer's block is a terrible thing) its been a few months maybe to a year since I finished the first book I ever published (second one is still well under way) and during all that (I started around the same time I started the draft for the second book, 2 years ago), I started writing a novel completely separate from the Nexus novels. I'd like to introduce you all Soninovel - Artificial Love , a book I have been working on for a long time and that I have the pride to say is one of my best! I asked my friend from discord Histoire to be editor for me so its the best as it can be, sorry for the short prologue but I promise next week a proper chapter! Enjoy!
Prologue
I'm walking down a street at the park late at night, following the street without a clear objective.
"Hey it's him!"I hear a girl's voice say somewhere behind me.
I turn around and nobody's there, only the enveloping darkness of nightime.
"Huh, I thought I heard something..."I think to myself.
A flash of pink zooms by me, lifting a considerable breeze.
"He hasn't seen me...hehehe!" The girl's voice plays around me, no clear direction. "...time to suprise him!"
I shake my head, getting the clouds out of my mind.
"I need to get going, its late." I tell myself. "If I don't get home soon, I'll be tired tomorrow."
The sound of a branch cracking under someone's foot fills my ears.
"Nearly there...toryaa!" The girl's voice whispers what seems to be a self encouragement as it grows ever closer, unclear to me from where.
A bird crows on a branch nearby and startles me. A robin. Something that I had never seen before except only during my historical biology course at high school...
"Hey there Mister Cameraman!" A voice says right infront of me.
I get startled. I look infront of me before I black out.
A cute girl with pink hair and headphones stands infront of me wearing a cat hoodie.
Then it's only darkness.
What sounds like a buzzer begins to ring in my ears, growing ever closer.
"CRA CRA CRA CRA CRA CRA!" A robin flies into my face from out of nowhere, squawking the noise right into my face.
