Hey! So I know you're all probably mad at me for not updating my stories… But I've been busy. Life hates me. Anyway I'm somewhat back. I'm gonna put together a thing for all my Daniel stories but for now here's another Daniel/ Frost. With a hint of Iris and maybe some Barry. (WestAllen…. No matter how much I hate it) As always some of the credit for this goes to Jokes/ Daniel.

Iris had just found out Daniel was her son, after taking some time to think she decided to talk to him, to see what he's like. And after a half hour of talking, she had gotten a few small laughs and even a smile out of him. She wasn't so sure about being a parent just yet, but she knew she could do it.

"So? Killer Frost huh?" She finally asked him about his girlfriend, who she hated, she purposely emphasized the word Killer.

"Yeah…" Daniel said a small smile pulling at the corners of his mouth, he couldn't help it.

"Why?" Iris's voice was strong, as she looked at her son.

"Why? Why what?"

"Why are you with her of all people? She's a villain, a bad guy, the worst of the worst." She stated and kept her eyes locked with his as she recalled what he had said earlier in their conversation. "You said you don't kill innocent people. You said you kill killers!" As Iris went on with her speech, hatred for the ice meta dripped from her voice "So why not kill her. She's a murder. A cold hearted murder."

At first Daniel was taken back by his mother's cold tone and harsh statement, but his shock soon turn into anger, as he began to get protective over his ice queen. Sure, he loves his mother, but Frost has always been by his side, and not even his mother could change his feelings towards Frost, no matter how much she wanted to.

"Because I love her!" Daniel finally said, his voice harsher than he meant it to be. "She's not a villain! She doesn't mean to be, it's the powers affect on her!"

Iris stepped back, and took in a sharp breathe. "She's a murder, you deserve better"

Little did Daniel and Iris know that Frost was listening to their every word, she had gone to find Daniel to check on him, when she overheard Iris talking about her, she paused outside the door, making it so neither of them could see her.

"I don't want better" Daniel growled.

"You need better, better than a killer."

"She's…" Daniel was cut off by Frost.

"Your mom's right" Frost said and moved so they could see her before she bolted out of S.T.A.R. labs.

"Now look what you did!..." Daniel paused looking at his mom and taking a deep breath. "Sorry, it's not your fault" He mumbled then flashed out to find Frost.

"Daniel!" Iris called after him then huffed in annoyance.
