"Max, can I tell you something?" Nudge said quietly, walking into my room.

"Sure," I replied. She came up to me and sat on the bed next to me. I braced myself for whatever she was about to say.

"Okay, so today I was at the park with Angel and I met this guy and he was really cute and so I was talking to him and he was like hey, and I was like uh, hi and he's like, what's your name and I was like Nudge and he's like Nice name, I'm Fin and I'm like well hello, Fin and so we were talking while Angel was playing and he asked me out and he's coming over and we're walking somewhere in like… An hour," She said. My eyes widened.

"NUDGE! No. You're too young," I said to her. She stood up and crossed her arms.

"Max, I'm fourteen. If I'm correct you and Fang got together when you guys were fourteen," She said.

"Talk to Fang," I replied, not wanting to deal with this.

"FAAANNNGGGGGGG! MAX WANTS YOU!" Nudge yelled. I heard footsteps walk down the hall and Fang walked in.

"Yes," He asked in his deep, fangish voice.

"Nudge wants to date and I said no," I said. He shrugged.

"Pleeeeease, Max? Ella started dating like, two years ago! Remember!" She pointed out.

"No, Nudge," Fang said.

"Pleeeease? He's already coming over," She pointed out.

"Stop giving us good points!" I yelled at her. She gave us Bambi eyes. It took everything I had to not give in.

"Fine. But Iggy, Max, and I are interrogating him when he gets here," Fang said. A long sentence for him.

"Yaaayyyy! Wait… What?"

"Leave, Nudge," I said, pointing to the door.

Someone knocked on the door. I heard Nudge shriek. Fang, Iggy, and I rushed down the stairs and opened the door before Nudge even had the chance to get out of her room. We all crossed our arms like tough bouncers at a party. The boy looked at us and gulped.

"Is… Uh… Nudge here?" He asked.

"Full name," Iggy said, not hesitating.

"Fin Rogers," He said, looking scared.

"Age," I said.

"F-fifteen," He said.

"Sports?" Fang asked.

"Football, basketball, lacrosse," He listed.

"Any history with explosives?" Iggy asked. I punched his arm.

"Shut up, Ig," I said.

"Fine. Where are you planning on taking Nudge?" Iggy asked.

"Wherever she wants to go," He said. Iggy started cracking up, I laughed, and Fang did one of his half smiles.

"Poor boy," Iggy said still laughing. "Do you know what that means?" He continued laughing and went to lean on the wall, but missed and fell.

"Iggy, you're an idiot," I said. He got up.

"It's not my fault I'm blind," He said. "Anyways, you're probably going to be shopping all night," The guy shrugged.

"Okay, Nudge, you're good to go," I said. She looked up at us.

"You guys are so embarrassing," She said as Iggy left the room. Fin and Nudge left and closed the door. Fang and I turned to Angel, who was standing there the whole time.

"You're never dating," We both said at the same time. She flashed us a little half smile and shrugged.
